Obviously it’s not indestructible lol. I just meant that Honda’s J35 engines are extremely reliable and last a long time. Did you overboost yours or something?
I have a 2006 V6 Vue. It has a Honda J35s1 engine and a Honda H 5 (Honda's 1st 5 speed auto) transmission. You should be able to tune it like it's any other Honda or Acura with the same drivetrain. TL, Accord, MDX, Pilot, etc. I'm just guessing. Hope that helps. I wanna see dyno numbers. I wanna build one too.
Should and able are two different things. I'm not the first to supercharger a Vue. I am the first with this set up. Unfortunately you have to run a stand alone. Everything you just stated can be easy found on J motor wiki page. No one has done it for a reason. I'm currently building a J37A1 for high boost. Will post when done. Just need mo money.

@@DaChicagoKid it's an 07 vue 3.5 and I have a m90 out of a 2000 bonneville, got the prank parts kit and just waiting to find someyhing to tune it before installing. It will be my daily so I don't want to take chances and blow it up because I didn't tune it.
@@darrellc593 I would join facebook.com/Saturn-Nation or modded Saturn Vue on Facebook. My build is on there. Prank parts will not work without the right intake plenum. The one you need is off a passport. There is so much to go over. It took two years of research, and I really don't feel like writing it here. I'd have to make a video but I'm no youtuber and can't find the time to do it. Plus, the SUV is in storage for the winter. I'd find my face book page were all the info is.
@@darrellc593 No. I'm running 8 lbs. of boost on the factory ECU and TL injectors. I do have a piggyback. It is not installed. Saving for a standalone. I just finish this build in August. So I just got started.
@@pandabuilt4341 Thank you for your interest in my Vue. It's currently in storage mode right now. When I take it out in spring. I will make a video for you guys. Plus, it's coming back apart for some TL heads and water to air cooler. But first I have to port and polish the heads. It's my toy. So, the work never ends.
happy to see someone modding this platform, I very rarely see people doing this stuff.
I very rarely hear nice things said. So from the bottom of my heart (if I still have one) I appreciate your kind words.
Supercharged Honda J35, a bulletproof engine paired with a supercharger. That sounds nice.
J35 is not bulletproof my man i just blew one😂😂

This is so unreasonable I love it
Thank you. It's not an easy road.
Thank you.
Wow nice job
thank you sir how little do I hear kind words. I do appreciate it
that rattling is so hot
Yeah. In the vehicle it's a raspy sound. Not sure what it does that.

@@DaChicagoKid Thanks 😊 I appreciate the info. It was just a guess. I know nothing about tuning 😆 🤣 😂.

I counted 5.3 seconds 0-60
I guess that's not bad. Considering that the factory I believe is 7.8 seconds. It really needs a tune. 😢
@@DaChicagoKid that is very good. It is faster then like 80% of cars on the road
bro ese carro sale bueno me venden uno pero no se si sale bueno esa marca casi no sebe mucho
What did you use to tune this? I have the same set up just can't find a tune for it.
Send me a link of your set up. I'd love to see it.
