Our much loved to-go snack.
Chicken roll has always been one of favs when it’s comes to brunches, snacks and even kids lunch box fillers.
If you’re kneading by hand and the dough seems tacky add a little flour but gradually.
1cup=120gms
Chicken Mayo is one of the easiest fillers to make.
The butter is optional but I use it as it enhances the flavour of the filling.
Here’s another tip.. after I make the chicken Mayo filling I leave it in the fridge for half an hour. It just tastes better cold on a hot summer’s day ☀️
