And the likelihood of delays is much higher at night due to so much security issues or electric outages due to “injury at track level” tragically most likely due to someone losing their lives. It can be quite an odyssey at night. And then so much of the time you can’t hear the announcements properly or they give incorrect or not clear announcements. And most times when the say we have to leave the train and catch a shuttle it’s NOT correct so I just wait patiently on a platform bench and avoid the crowd and hassle and within 1/2 hour trains are back to running. The lack of urgency point also doesn't make sense since they can't just go 100kph on a track that can't handle it just because of a delay.

TTC staff is so poorly trained and unprepared. They could've isolated that one car to prevent passengers from going in and carried on to finish the trip. They should also be given proper communication training, because you either can't usually make out what they announce over the PA system or they go radio silent and you are on your own. Terrible
Similar experience in 2018. Strolling all happy go lucky through the station. Boom. Blood. Effing. Every. Effing. Where. Handprints. Footprints. Trails. Splurts. Pools. Splatters. Never in my life. Have i witnessed so much blood in front of my face. And like no police or anything knew yet. And only this year did i finally cry for hours about it. After eating shrooms lol. Helped get those emotions out. Epic trauma. How can two humans come to this place with each other? I felt like i knew this man and i did not know that man. It was everywhere. Everywhere. Everywhere...
Typical TTC. I would say about 50% of the time there are delays of some sort whenever I ride it. And the communication sucks. When I stayed in Tokyo for 2 months and rode the very massive and complex train systems they have throughout the city, I never experienced one delay. Not once. When I returned to Toronto, it was a culture shock coming back. It just feels so grimy, cheap, unorganized here. The TTC is a real low point for the city. And it's not even very big, as far as cities go. Oh, and I should add, so many things just don't work here, like escalators, elevators, displays, and they take forever to fix. You very rarely see anything not working in Tokyo. The technological progression between Tokyo and Toronto is like day and night.
No big deal. We were coming home from.the EX as well and had to go north on line 1 to Sheppard West station. They're doing work. Always. It's the TTC and late nighters always brings out odd stuff. Just chill. Toronto is what she is. At least you're not in a wheelchair trying to navigate the subway and getting up the elevators where people with perfectly good legs abuse the use of these for people that actually have mobility issues and they break them for those of us with these issues. If you're worried about getting home go up to the street and catch the busses.
Before it used to happen only in the weekends. Now even in the weekdays which is really annoying and unacceptable. Also, some mentally unstable and clown type homeless guys made the TTC more unsafe.

Wheres the construction crew for the ceilings? All this HARP and Geoengineering with the weather!
Ok I used to live in Toronto I never ever seen a subway stopped for that I remember the odd drunks or crazy people I don't know when this was in Aug 2024 I still watch the news city news even tho I no longer live in Toronto
When do they usually scramble the shuttle busses?
What.. Are they pooping on the trains now.
Blood, not poop.
@@andrewsissons808 wow insane
TTC staff is so poorly trained and unprepared. They could've isolated that one car to prevent passengers from going in and carried on to finish the trip. They should also be given proper communication training, because you either can't usually make out what they announce over the PA system or they go radio silent and you are on your own. Terrible
They can't just isolate it the whole HVAC system is connected together it would make cleaning it and making sure it's ready impossible.
The brilliant idea of making trains continuous inside means they need to take the WHOLE train out of service. It's ridiculous.
Sorry what really happened then??
Grimey subways will always be comfier than sterilized ones
Diversity is a strength!
Everytime Monday to Friday at 2:00pm there is ALWAYS A F'N DELAY you can set ypur watch by it .
It’s the yonge line . I never ride that
What country is this in ? It can’t be Canada
@@benallmark9671 It is.
@@rayhann8626 you’re not kidding
Welcome to Turdronto! Where TTC is not the better way!
"unsanitary conditions" - could be the definition of TTC's upper management.
good morning
Davisville Station is just as I remember it 😊
Toronto subway? Looks like Delhi Metro to me 😂😂😂
Similar experience in 2018.
So someone went to the washroom in the train?
Davisville used to be so safe and family friendly…
Big muscular male cops= less crime
this is so common now :(
It is true. People are urinating on the subway.
At least you weren't on the night bus going up Yonge. Maybe you should do a night bus ride up Yonge some night at 3 or 4 am.
So, what were the so-called "unsanitary conditions?"
Someone tell me y that dude got picked on or like it couldve been anyone else
Can you believe that I have to go through this with my wheelchair and pray to the gods I don’t fall
Bro how do you land in these situations 💀
Our ttc system is so dirty. China transit one of the best and dubais. So clean and well maintained even though they have huge population.
TO has 1 of safest subway 🚇 systems in the world 🗺️
No big deal.
They need more enforcement it’s so unsafe.
The key is to keep the mentally ill, addicts and homeless from entering the station.. But how without violating their rights?
Is this Toronto or Mumbai India?
Before it used to happen only in the weekends. Now even in the weekdays which is really annoying and unacceptable. Also, some mentally unstable and clown type homeless guys made the TTC more unsafe.
you are scary awesomely able to do good vids ‘ half in the bag lol
TTC is a great service for the amount of people who use it especially if you compare to other cities
Since when they care if it's clean or not go on the go bus, go train, subway, etc they all dirty everyday
Wow too scared passenger need security for the safe of all passengers
poop STATIONS AVAILABLE ON BOARD
Lol "Sanitary" on the TTC. ROFL
