It does affect it, and from what I can tell, doesn't shine as bright still, but is a noticeable difference, and pretty bright than the dull glow of the factory bulb (which in this case Is not necessarily what I wanted or was looking for, but does increase the effectiveness of someone seeing you during day).
Question.. When you're driving with your lights off, the forester illuminates the high beam at a much dimmer glow as a drl. How is this affected?
