I followed your recipe, then added some mushrooms("I know, you don't care for them!").
At the end I also added some tortilla chips, to give it a little more crunch. And of course,
some salsa to give it just a little bite! This is a superb recipe, good just about anytime?
Nice to have on a cold Sunday afternoon, watching football? I even made this for my lady.

Another great idea to try Catherine. I'm going to try this weekend. I may try lightly sprinkle the crust with garlic and onion powder to add more flavors. (Like you say layers of flavor). Thanks for the recipe 😋.
I have some garlic butter I think I may add a very thin layer to the crust and sprinkle a little onion powder and pre bake it. I love your idea also. I think I'm going to make one of each since I will he making 2. Thank you for the great idea.

We actually have a local pizza place that makes a Mexican style pizza. 🍕 Something they do that Thomas would love is to place jalapeno slices on top with the lettuce and tomato. This is my go-to pizza at this place and now I can make my own! 😋
My pizza place doesn't have the layer of refried beans but they would make a great addition! 😚
This will be a great summer meal and you can add toppings depending on who is coming to eat! 😉

Yummy, We love taco pizza or tacos. I like to put drained and rinsed black beans and corn on also and serve it with salsa or taco sauce. I've also made with shredded chicken instead of ground meat. Thanks for sharing your recipe Catherine. 🙂❤️

Ran this by my husband and he says "Sounds good to him" so it's going on the menu soon. I have to thank you for introducing me to ecowin skillets. I saw you using them and looked them up. I love them. I gave them as Christmas gifts to my sons and they love them too. My youngest says they make a better deep fryer than his cast iron. Love your recipes.

Taco pizza love it, this looks so good Catherine, thank you for another great idea. The only thing I would add is some mushrooms and olives.
Surprised by the cheddar cheese soup but it does sound like a good addition I normally either use salsa or a taco flavored tomato sauce. Interesting choice and I think I'm going to be giving it a try.

I can't wait to try making this! I get a big can of nacho cheese from Sam's Club that I think I will use instead of the cheese soup. Also, some pickled jalapenos on top. Am just loving your recipes!
Love Taco pizza. I wanna try this one. Never thought of putting cheddar soup in it. Bet it is good that way. Will have to try this. Taco Bell Taco seasoning is my favorite. Onion and hamburger do always smell good. Love beans on mine. Just like plain cheddar cheese on mine. Put some chips on top of it like Fritos or Doritos. Crunched up. I am going to try this one. Actually looks yummy without chips. Think I might try crescent rolls for the crust.

Hi Catherine, those pizzas looks delicious. If i were making taco pizza then i'd put taco sauce on the pizza maybe first and then all those scrumptious goodies atop.. and more cheese.

I was surprised about cheese soup as 1st layer instead of tomato sauce. When I make Mexican Pizza, I use the thick pizza sauce I use on my regular pizza and add taco seasoning to it. Tomato sauce is too thin for my liking. I add enough taco seasoning that you never know it has Italian flavoring to begin with.

These pizzas look amazing I don’t care for tomatoes but I will definitely be making this and I might try putting some taco sauce somewhere on there I don’t know whether to put it on the bottom or just kind of sprinkle it on top with the sour cream
