Good review of a good watch. With a price around 110 € it's a bargain. 10bar WR, sapphire crystal, solid band, solid case, screwed back, reasonable size, simple yet elegant design, great finish... It looks more expensive, than it is. And IMO the version with the silver brushed dial and blue second hand stands out a lot more, than the black one. You can't go wrong with this one.
So glad youve reviewed this watch! I stumbled upon it on Amazon and thought it looked interesting, but the listing claimed it was 45mm, which seemed insanely large. Glad to hear its a much more reasonable size in reality. Excellent review as always.
You are welcome. Yes, often times Casio lists the diameter including the crown, which is fairly uncommon. So when I see their listings I just assume the true diameter is 2-3mm less :)
Thx man, I was waiting for a review of this model, great video as always, but I still prefer the efr-s108d, because of the size and design and it's a shame that Casio only sell the solid link bracelet version on the Chinese domestic market. Btw i think the efb would be great with a notched leather strap like the Tissot prx.
Just ordered for $89. Also ordered a watch tool kit bc I’m definitely gonna have to take out links. I have small dainty wrists so I hope it doesn’t look silly on me. Not a lot of size options from Casio.
I really was hoping for a better job of luminous markings to be able to see the time in the dark but, otherwise, it impresses me as a very good watch for the price.
Hello, sir! Love that somebody actually made review of this watch. Can you please tell the length of spring bar that holds bracelet on case. Sorry for my English
Salve, davvero un bell'orologio per il costo e le caratteristiche, sai se esiste una versione con cassa da 38mm o da 40mm?Sul mio polso da 17 temo il 42mm risulti come una padella troppo grande
Beautiful sleek looking watch and the sapphire is a double plus at this price .. The only thing I hate in it is the short hands. I don't know why Casio does everything right except the hands !
I like this a lot - the design and finish reminds me of the Casio OCEANUS OCW-T200S but without the bluetooth, radio control or solar power (But 1/4 of the price!!)
Not that I would disagree that they should've spend that 30 cents and splash a drop of phosphorus on the hour markers, but you can tell the time from the hour and minute hands for sure, you always have a point of reference - your wrist. You know where 12 is all the time :).
Great Video! Would you mind telling me if you had to take out any links from the bracelet. If this is the full bracelet i guess it wouldnt fit my 8in wrist.
Casio are usually fairly generous with bracelets, though you never know. I had to take 2 links out of the $100, MTGM900DA-8CR, and I have 8 inch plus wrists.
I have 5 edifice watches in my collection. Looking to buy EFB108D-7AV just having a hard time deciding on the white or black dial. Any suggestions?! I also wouldn’t mind buying EFB700D-2AV. Currently in my collection 1. EFB680D-2BV 2. EQB1100XDC1A 3. EFSS600D1A2V 4. EFSS600D1A4V 5. ECB-40D-1AEF
@@JustWatches1 well, since I already have black and blue dials in my collection I decided to go with the white dial EFB-108D. Definitely love the style very classy, elegant and clean. But I also just received my new tough solar GA-B2100 and it’s definitely replacing my Apple watch!
Why not? Wouldn't it be better to have one and not need it? Unless there are disadvantages of a screw-down crown compared to a push-pull one, that I'm currently not aware of.
I have a Casio Duro that I bought for 48 USD new(at walmart lol) and it has a screw down crown. This edifice is more than 2x the cost and it is just nice to have a screw down crown.
I'm sorry but i find this big for no reason and totally soulless. The design of the dial is so dull, case and bracelet won't save the day... Cheers Jason, i'm sure of the next winner in the Casio battle series. All in (if i have to bet anyway!😜)

Yes, Casio Edifice line is generally excellent bang for buck, this one is no exception!
You are welcome, thanks for watching and commenting :)
I am getting for 100 dollar
Shall i go for it sir
So glad youve reviewed this watch!

Amazing picture quality & clarity sir. Very impressed. Keep up the good work.
Thank you very much! :)
I bought it, it's a very elegant watch and No cronograph means more clarity.
One of the most beautiful watches I've ever seen!
Casio Edifice watches are fantastic. Basically everything you need in a watch and nothing extra. Enjoy it!!
I really like your reviews of the Edifice line. Have not bought one yet but I always think of it when I watch these
Glad you like them! They are not everyone's cup of tea, but I love the line.
Been waiting for this video 😉
Btw the bracelet is solid this time isn't it?
I think the bracelet is slightly better on this one, but the links aren't fully solid.
@@JustWatches1 Really? I just received mine in white and just sized it to my wrist. Looking at these links they seem solid to me?
I love how Casio manages to get the seconds hand to hit all the markers with precision
It’s impressive! I’ve had a few that are a bit off but generally I’ve had good luck with them!!

Yes, when they use these weird lug widths it detracts from it, since you can't switch out the bracelet :(

I think you will enjoy it, it isn't too hard to size either.
Bought both! Love them! Thanks...
Awesome, enjoy them!
Wow! I love it. Do they offer a smaller version? 42mm is like balancing a plate on my skinny wrists 😅
Looking forward to the showdown 👍
This looks much better! The previous model screws were stupid. The round bezel looks sleeker.
Yes, I agree!
great review!!
Thank you! Cheers!
I really was hoping for a better job of luminous markings to be able to see the time in the dark but, otherwise, it impresses me as a very good watch for the price.
The only thing that really lacks on these is the lume sadly.
Hello, sir! Love that somebody actually made review of this watch. Can you please tell the length of spring bar that holds bracelet on case. Sorry for my English
The lug width is 12mm, the actually spring bar is 14mm.
Love the review. Agree with you all on the size, make it sub-40mm
Yes, 39mm is perfect for me, but I know everyone has different preferences!
Who needs a Tissot PRX after seeing this?😁
Right? They nailed it.
@@JustWatches1 I have both and kinda like the casio more lol
Really nice watch. I had to order one
Great choice, let me now how you like it when it arrives!

Nice looking watch.

Fair enough haha!
It's beautiful but kinda big for my 6.5in wrist. Could have been better if it's around 38mm only. 🎉❤
I totally agree! I wish they made more of the Edifice line smaller!
Great review.
Also: you sound like Michael Cera. I actually thought you _were_ Michael Cera for a while.
Maybe I am :P
@@JustWatches1 oh? Well I loved your work in Zombieland and Brooklyn 99.
hmmm im having a hard time picking the color I want, it come sin black and silver... did you buy the silver one as well?
This is the only one I have. Did you decide yet? :)
@@JustWatches1 yea I’m going with the silver, I would go with blue if there was a blue dial version 🥺
alternative to Tissot PRX
Yes, totally!
@@JustWatches1 I have both, but prefer the edifice due to the micro adjust
Fogok rendelni én is!Akarom!😃
Great Video! Would you mind telling me if you had to take out any links from the bracelet. If this is the full bracelet i guess it wouldnt fit my 8in wrist.
Yes, I took about 4 - 6 if I recall. I think it will fit your wrist.
Casio are usually fairly generous with bracelets, though you never know. I had to take 2 links out of the $100, MTGM900DA-8CR, and I have 8 inch plus wrists.
Very nice, but a big dial so presumably will also wear big. Same problem with the otherwise beautiful EFR-S107D. Casio do make some odd decisions
Yes, they do where big unfortunately, no love for the small wrists from Casio :P
large for the style, bracelet’s articulation is suspect too -
Case design looks nice
Yes, not the best and since you can't really swap the bracelet it is a major downside on this one.
do they have this witha blue dial?
I don't think this one does unfortunately.

99-100
For some unexplained reason Casio always list the watches bigger , this one 45 mm but is actually 42 mm , idk why they do it
They include the crown in their measurements. It is so weird since almost no other brands do this.
is this bracelet compatible with the EFR-S108D-7AVUEF ? (the similar one in the other video)
Now that is a good question! I think it would be, but I can't say for sure!
$79.00! Shipped!
Nice deal!
Thanks again!
What’s a good small edifice??
casio efv-100d is my favorite Edifice and it is 40mm. They also make a 36mm version of it as well.
@@JustWatches1 you like it more than this one?
Will you be doing the showdown still?
Yes, I really need to!
Does it have magnification over date?
It does not.
Nice👍

are the watch strap LINKS hollow curved or solid? I'm asking about the intermediates links (not the end link). Thanks
Solid
👍👍👍👍👍💯💯
too much logos on face!! , casio title would be enough, only reason I not buy casio watches
That is a fair criticism and I agree!
39mm and it would be perfect.
I agree, we need more smaller Casio Edifice watches!
Casio Edifice just tocks. If you could be rational about this hobby, this could really be a one-and-done type of thing.
I wish I could be rational about this hobby HAHA
@@JustWatches1 me too!
Screw down crown on a cheap 100m watch! Mate its not a divers why the hell would they put one on? lol

Was fascinated until I saw the size. Way too large for you or anyone. Who needs a 70s style Quartz the size of a diver?
I’ve got this watch. It’s really not that big.
I do prefer smaller, but I think it really depends on your wrist size :)
For those of us with 7.5 inch wrists, it is actually reasonable size. Although I agree they should offer a smaller version for the smaller folks.
