I’m surprised to see your channel. So many vintage style channels are more 30s-50s vintage, or like decidedly 90s, while yours are clearly late 60s-70s. It’s so lovely to see this wonderful era. Your earrings are so beautiful! Florals are my absolute favorite pattern
I’m a vintage gal who kind of stays in the 40s and 50s circles on UA-cam, and I hadn’t seen much of people who dressed 60s and 70s daily. You’re gorgeous!! Thanks for introducing me to this niche on UA-cam
I love how many of the pieces you mention and or show are "trendy" or have been in style at the moment but when you wear them they don't give off that "trendy" vibe. You don't look like a basic instagram or youtube influencer and it has me shook. The looks are so gooooood. Thoroughly impressed and inspired!
I see many girls today with the look of the late 60s, many do not even know it's vintage, but they wear it as a current fashion, they look just as beautiful as their grandmothers...
Your take on vintage style is so accurate! Some youtubers that I have seen who do vintage fashion base it on sterotypes. Its so refreshing to see someone who knows their stuff!
Aw thank you so so much! I try to really do some research in the styles- that’s part of it for me anyway. I love to learn about fashion history of the 60s and 70s
The orange patterned romper you are wearing instantly pulled me into this video combined with your makeup and jewelery it's a fantastic look. Thank you for posting this video!
Love the 70's! Burnt oranges, lots of yellows and reds, and tons of green. Flares always give me a longer leg and I love it. Thanks for your help! Good choice with the fab four. (:
I was born in the early sixties. I totally remember these styles, but more so on teens and ladies. I had similar prints on some of my clothes. Mostly for casual wear. Only conservative patterns were worn for school dresses, though and only those dresses were worn in school.

I realize everything on the internet is extremely curated, but for someone with such a large online presence, you seem really down to earth and "chill", which is really cool! I feel like often times people who do casual modeling or who are really into the vintage stuff can come off as aloof or intimidating, but you seem like a genuine, realistic person who is just really passionate about other decades. Thanks for being you!
Haha aw this message is so sweet. I definitely try. I mean.. I’m not different from anyone else and I don’t like when people act better than others either. Thanks so much and happy you like the videos! 💖💖💖

I don’t know if this is out of your wheelhouse or not. Could you do a 70’s easyrider style outfit/lookbook? I always want to dress like that but have no clue what I’m doing. Love your jumpsuit btw!
Fun video! As someone who aims to have a fully vintage wardrobe dressing casually for me is the same as non-vintage casual.. like jeans and t-shirts buuut the jeans are bells and the shirt is a soft old band T or something! Add some cute clogs and a funky belt and you look like a 1970's teen (in the best way)
loved the instrumental of “it won’t be long” during the video! i’ve been trying to transition into 60s/70s style, since they’re my favorite eras for fashion. your video just happened to be recommended to me and now i’m super excited to subscribe!
You make some good points. I can now wear casual clothes and I decided to sew. I found vintage sewing patterns when I put in hippie, and it came up as boho too. I like getting some 1970s patterns for little girls' clothes too. And it is great looking at the materials. It isn't cheap though. I knit too and decided to get a pattern for a 1970s look striped jumper/sweater. I must admit it is strange to walk around in home-made clothes, but fun too. I also watch an old soap opera someone uploaded, and it is from the 1960s and '70s, so I get to see the real thing. Some of the old TV series are good to see the styles too like the old Streets of San Francisco and the old Hawaii 5-O show. You do a good job.
I love the american 60s. In my country (Argentina) the 60s/70s were more calm but also so alternative. Also u look so good your looks your everything. You look like someone from the 60s Ps: I love how everyone says the same thing ❤️

I have a couple of those Swede skirts . Love them. A forever groovy. I alter clothing to upcycle them into something cooler & better fitting . I love the jumper you have in. It’s perfect. The blue one could be flare easy by splitting the outer or inner seam or both then sew triangle shaped fabric into the splits. You can even do it with no sew tape ( just iron it ) if you don’t see. I’m totally into flares & back in the day “ elephant ear” bell bottoms & belts make everything look good. I really love your channel. Thanks

One of my fave memories is growing up with The Carpenters playing all throughout my parents house every Sunday afternoon 🌈 I've acquired a lot of pieces thrifting with a good eye! @@DevynCrimson

Both of my parents- more so my momma who raised me until 2016- were die hard hippies. I loved the American girl Julie and wanted to have her clothes- but I’m in the plus size of most clothes now😅 this video helped me feel comfortable in mod clothing even though I’m not the same size.
Like seriously I’m a 18- xxl depending on the brand and how I can wash the clothes and what size they are depending how many washes they’ve been through most of the clothes you describe i have in my wardrobe since I was 14 and this made 100, 000, 000+ confident in what I love to wear!!!🥰🥰
I know this sounds weird, but you have a really 60s kind of face. Very pretty, much like Pattie Boyd.
Exactly.
It’s also the 60’s make up style
Ah thank you so much! I love love love Pattie! 💖

Like your Marianne Faithful hair. It was the first retro detail I noticed, and you've got it off to a tee!
half my mind:Ii love these clothes
other half: 'CAUSE I'M HAPPY JUST TO DANCE WITH YOU~
I lived the 1960s, and you've done a nice job recreating the fashion of that era. Good job!
“Something I just got,... like 4 years ago” 😂😂😂
Wow I thought I was the only one who was into & knew about this stuff, most people don’t know jack... groovy & cultured ~love it sister !🌷
Love all the outfits you showcased at the end! You've got fabulous taste and a great look!
Thank you so much!! You’re a doll! Xox
