I agree with you. A lot of folks just show up to phone it in day after day and even some I see forever nothing ever seems to change on their weights or their physique. I had a random dude walk up to me last week umprompted and said "I have watched you a while and we always seem to be in here around the same time and you have doubled in size since I've seen you in here". Made me feel great since often times we can be our own worst critics.
