    As a fellow hard gainer I have had to come up with some odd concoctions to force myself to eat. I don't think I've ever gotten to 4000. I tend to be able to force no more than 3500. Some concotions I find enjoyable is ground turkey/grice/canned chili beans mixed together (Can make 4 meals out of that or 2 large ones). Rice cakes with cottage cheese (Great source of protein)/ mixed with 2 T of peanut butter and half a scoop of whey protein. Put that mixture on top. Decent pre workout. Overnight oats with oatmeal, milk and a serving of greek yogurt (high in protein). Mix with my favorite protein and I got another meal. When I wanted a change maybe two cans of tuna mixed with rice and some hot sauce. if I get avocados on sale I throew that in to stuff (very high calorie) Bulking is rough. I much prefer being in a maintinance lol

    I find whenever I’m bulking hard I got zero energy and I tend to get sick more. I love lifting and have always taken it seriously but I made a decisions to stop bulking as I’m never gonna get on stage so I figured why am I forcing food down to feel like shit all the time

    I feel the calorie talk. There are days once in a while I simply don't want to eat after days upon days of force feeding myself (against my will!) . I try to eat a bit less on a rest day vs a training day. I am at my happiest on a maintance level. Eating a lot can be rough but in a cut you feel like you are starving lol

    Respect for making content bro. But a word of advice - if you want to gain some traction and exposure, try tohave some type of unique format or concept to your videos. While I get you’re just filming your workout, it’s very clear that this video format is just a copy and paste from a Sam Sulek vid. Car talk, workout and commentary, pose with pump. Keep up the good work! But try and come up with some sort of thing that makes your videos unique

    At my lowest at the gym I was 128 lbs 2.5 years ago. Did a forever bulk to get up to presently 165. Took years to get to it though. Right now I am going to try to hit 170 by the end of winter.
