Hey 👋 nice fish! How does the rod operate at the upper margin of c.w.? Can you throw for ex 4g jigheads with 5cm soft plastic? What is the heaviest and lightest you usually go? Thanks a ton, tight lines!
Hi Ulrich. Usually, I try to go as light as possible. Normally, I start with 1.5 gram, and 4 cm no action shad. Obvious I adjust it to the water depth and flowing speed. If the water is clear and cold, I will try to go under 1.5g, else I will try with 2g or 2.5g.
There are really rare scenarios where I have to use more than 4g. Recently I went in one of these situations and I have to go up to 6g with 3cm tanta lure. The road has no problem with it even when I shot powerful long casts.
When I bought this rod, I was afraid that it will be very fragile, but now after six months, I can declare that this rod is very sensitive and robust in the same time.
Check out my common nase video, where I force the rod to the limit.
Tight lines!
@@RiverSpinner thank you sir!
