Basically the keys taped behind the thumbs finger nail facing your hand so it's not visible. The thumbs brought forward fast and put into the other fingers to hide the taped part of the key and that's how the trick works.
This one time, someone offered to measure how tall Tom Cruise actually is right, he got scared and just started running so fast, and we never saw him again !
