It is heartwarming to see a channel with videos of a couple being supportive to each other and raising a child together. Great videos, really good editing.
It's fun watching your toddler; brings back memories of life with my sons at that age [sooooo long ago]. One son loved books and would drive us nuts saying "read!" as he waved a book in our faces; the other son loved printed pages as well but only so he could patiently rip out each page, one at a time, if we were not paying attention. Decades later, he's the one who reads a variety of stuff while the other son only looks at technical manuals.
Another great video, you’re both always upbeat… despite the drizzly days, well done to you. Joe is adorable and thank you for sharing your family life. I make soup most days, but your stew looked very appetising, think I’ll try that recipe! Let’s hope for some sunshine soon 🙏🏻🌞😀
Thank you guys for bringing a ray of sunshine on a wet day. You would cheer up the most morose of people by your optimistic outlook on life. Love this channel.
I think you could rightly call your Tomato & Bean stew a Cassolet of tomato and beans! Currently mid spring in OZ and coincidentally, as I watch this video, I’m snug in my boat with thunderbolts, lightning and rain 😻
I watched you on the programme..Narrow Escapes….so glad I’ve found your channel and I love to see how things have progressed for you…what lovely video…
What I find on many narrowboat UA-camrs is hours and hours of canals, without a single minute of life inside, which, from my point of view, is what makes the experience of living on the canals interesting. If what I say doesn't make sense, I can always blame the Google translator, since I am a Spanish speaker. :)
We've been married 47 years. My hubby never reads instructions then wonders why something isn't right until he works it out in his own mind. They say a Leopard never changes his spots, nor does he and never will!
I've been married for years too & I also have a hubby who doesn't read instructions & never will however frustrated he gets because he says he doesn't need them. An IKEA shelving unit was apparently 'a load of rubbish, they can have this back it doesn’t fit together' which it did when I read the instructions & turned over the part he was trying to fit upside-down. 😂 You have to love them don't you?! 🤭❤️
That’s a lot of flood water so early in the autumn season! We seem to have had nothing but rain for the past year or so! Lovely cosy boat. Little Joe is delightful. X
Great video guys. Soup/ stew thingy looks really tasty. Thank you for sharing part of your life with us. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Take care and stay safe. 😊
Although it’s a thought of winter and damp, cold dark days 😳 but yes, comfort foods can be made, plus the jigsaws are now out 👍as the nights are drawing in, the jigsaws were so helpful throughout lockdown, and now I m about to start number 77 . My husband always says, if all else fails read the instructions 🤣
Can't beat the flavour of home grown tomatoes! Bubba is growing so fast! You have inspired me to buy some leeks and make my favourite Autumn soup.. Hope your cold is better, I seem to have come down with it too.
Love Joe's Willow Tunnel. Looks like it is working well. Blends perfectly with the boat. Whose ever idea gold star for that one. Feta on top of that Bean stew looked lush off to make my own. Thanks for much needed inspiration ☺️
I love days like these! I would be snuggled up on the sofa with the dog and a cuppa, doing some drawings to make into stickers n card etc 😋 I supposed it's difficult to get any time to chill like that when you have a bubble though 😅😌
Home grown stuff always tastes so much nicer we don’t do it any more but did when we could Cosby down on the wet days and still get fresh air when you can love to you all from your oldies tc now xxxx🤗👍🤗👍
I really enjoyed the video and it was lovely seeing what you do on a rainy day. i always enjoy your videos.I am looking next video.Have a lovely week all four of you.😊😊🧸🦴
Oh my goodness that looks so delicious. I happen to have some garden tomatoes. A friend gave me mine did not do so well for the second year in a row… I think I might end up making that if I knew the total recipe but I’ll just have to wing what I saw. I’m trying to sign up for that newsletter if I could figure it out how exciting. Love you guys.
You make me hungry! Your dishes look so yummy! How do I get your newsletter? Y'all really are living the dream! Enjoy every moment - you can not guarantee the next one. Lum 💖

I’m lucky we’ve been married for 34 years I don’t need instruction manuals or Google in our house or narrowboat as WIFE KNOWS EVERYTHING 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Curtains closed, candles and twinkle lights all aglow, and TTL on telly to complete the cosiness 🙏

Are you allowed a shed on the allotment? You could escape into it on wet days with a wood burning stove. Cosy.
You make me hungry! Your dishes look so yummy!
