SOLD! 🥳 www.flexmls.com/share/AGwYU/999-Morris-Ave-4-3,-Key-Largo,-FL-33037 Under contract in less than a week & sold within a month. So happy for all parties involved, especially my sellers 😊 If you’re interested in listing your property with me & having excellent marketing & exposure, give me a call! 305.496.7691
I lived there in the '80's and actually rode out hurricane Andrew in that building with the showers. I almost bought one of the marinas for $225k. The WHOLE marina. Wow.
In 1986 i bought one on the nicest canal lots on Duck Key. I paid a considerably higher price than other canal lots were selling for due to its location. I paid $160.000 for it, and could have bought an ocean front lot with several to choose from for $400.000.
I didn’t understand your comment about putting an RV there and the short answer was no but then you said you could use it yourself or rent it nightly. Can you put an RV on the lot?
My comment that you’re referring to is about other vacant land. People assume you can use an RV on any empty piece of land in the Keys, but you can’t. It must be zoned for an RV. This lot in the video is zoned for an RV, so you can put one on it. I hope that clarifies your question! Thanks so much for watching 😊
I have my Ford F550 earthroamer it gets like 5 miles a gallon but I could eventually get it down there from Colorado on that lot I’d be all set for life, sweet.
$399,000 water front RV parking, pool, showers,& a boat launch? I don’t think anyone will find all these amenities for less. Rule of thumb in the keys is usually no less than $500,000 to have any amount of water frontage.🤙
I love an educated viewer! 😍🙌🏼 haha, but seriously, you are right! Waterfront real estate is costly, but for some it’s worth it. Thanks so much for watching!
@@Pepper478 sure, I like tropical weather too. But it looks like all you get for your money...and it's a lot of money, is basically an empty driveway on a canal.
Different strokes for different folks. A lot prefer to enjoy the outdoors, rather than just live life indoors with a bunch of stuff. I understand it is a lot of money, however, it costs a premium to live and play in paradise! Plus, it’s a great place for investors. Thanks for watching regardless!
Sounds an awful lot like a personal opinion. Demand drives the market. There's a reason the Florida Keys have some of the highest home prices in the nation. Thanks for watching!

Amount of HOA fees ???
HOA fees are $485/quarter.
@@FLKeysMadeleine Thank you 😊
what are the monthly fees
This property has already sold. The quarterly HOA dues are $485.
399,000 ? You have to be kidding. I could buy a small mansion where I live for that price!
Really? With waterfront in a tropical climate?

The amount of income these lots generate is huge! I promise there is a return, even on this price tag.
👍

Total destruction of a beautiful spot via dredge & fill.
Thank you for watching!
People actually want to live down there?
Hot, humid, and probably smells like dead fish most of the year, disgusting.

Oh come on I lived a couple years there it’s great don’t be a hater 😒
@@davids11131113 So it’s not often hot and humid, and never smells like dead fish? Most coastal communities do. (I’m no longer a fan of the beach!).
@@johnr5252 it’s hot and humid of course, dead fish smell…. well it’s a tropical island I just say it smells like the ocean.
