Dang.. i dont tear up to these alot. Me and Jared have some similar experiences. Hope to me is when you know you're beaten and still get back up to endure another day. What else could it be that makes us fight the odds that are obviously against us at times? I believe hope is the only thing that surpasses bravery.

I've been through more in my life than most people could ever understand. I've tried opening up.. people get overwhelmed, even if I only share very little.
Nobody seems to relate or understand. Almost 5 decades on this Earth and I still feel alone. I don't know how to connect or find hope anywhere. I'm a lone wolf in this world and it's very scary.
Rejection and misunderstanding has only increased my fears. I've never found hope, anywhere.

Just a friendly tip. The good message you're spreading doesn't need to be propped up with that obviously BS story.

In 2011 I lost two friends to suicide. I wrote a song called life lessons. I started speaking in schools when I was in high school. There is No BS here sir. This is my life.

@@jaredscottliveI don't know how that story was so hard to believe. I had the same thing happen, strangely the same year. It changed me, I used to be unintentionally self absorbed in my teen years. After that I learned that empathy and became a better friend. I constantly check in with all my friends and family and do my best to be their strength so that noone ever feels alone enough to end their life. You have great advice, keep it up bro.

I'm 48 years old and have lost 8 people to suicide. First was when I was 11 years old.. I didn't know how to process it.. the most recent was 3 months ago.
Some people are fortunate to never have to experience such things..
      Those who know, understand.

So sorry Jared. I understand you more than I can express in words.
      I'm proud of you.
