I have a video idea for you scott. Design your own unique tile's for dbd. What would be the perfect balance of survivor/killer sided. I personally think that a tile, with a pallet, with two walls on both sides, one shorter in height, and one tall in height would be unique (distance to pallet remains the same.) With a wall opposite the pallet, with a window directly opposite the pallet. : (---------Pallet______) (_____Window-------) Total length across : 8m or so (shack length) Total length vertical : 5m or so (pallet is close to the window, but not as close as 4 walls) Kinda like this ^ The opposing heights on the walls, with lower walls, allows them to be stronger/weaker against normal killers run around, (because you can see over them and mindgame) But ranged killers make that side unsafe (huntress, deathslinger etc) The window allows one to vault out strongly, likely chained into other things (hopefully with dbd's spaghetti code, into a lesser tile) And its total strength is high, but playing the loop can go many different ways depending on the side you enter from, and how you loop around it. A variant of said loop could also look like this : (---------Pallet______) Gen (_____Window-------) This one would arguably stop the fast vault out of the loop, similarly to a shack with a generator in it, but play similarly to an open shack in nature. Other variants could open or close the walls on the sides's by a bit (similar to long walls/L wall T walls, (---------Pallet______) ( ) - ("wall hook") (_____Window-------) This type would arguably be far far stronger, in nature, and i'd honestly suggest this variant having dual pallets, but way shorter walls. ie having two unsafe, or very easily mindgameable pallets right next to each other to form a stronger loop. Throwing one of the pallets would make it far safer, and essentially turn it into an easily destroyed jungle gym, but then you only have an unsafe pallet to work with, so the skill would come into play by not throwing either of the two unsafe pallets too early, leaving the killer open room to mindgame and attempt to actually play the loop. etc etc. Could also raise the walls on one side (so either the pallet or the window has the high wall) or reverse the sides that are high vs low.
How to play the 5 locker structure: Deception on one side, quick and quiet on the other. Either the killer leaves or they're checking every locker, at which point you head-on them when they get to your locker
It's great, because normally lockers are so bad, and there are so many that they just ignore them, or check every one. So you can sneak away, or sneak in one.
I hate all the special tiles on Ormond/Red Forest and especially Yamaoka Estate. The Thing is that I feel that the killer I'm running never understands the tiles either so I'll just vault the first window I see and it kind of works. The one with the Pallet across from a long wall is nice tho.
Hey scott I see you have the the Corsair 750T. I would recommend getting the after market dust covers so your cats hair doesn't explode your computer :)
you have another type of (technically) jungle gym on red forest/yamaoka/ormond that is very similar to a long wall jungle gym with a slightly unsafer pallet.
The other tile on Yamoka and Ormond were the walls are jagged af. I swear I can never find the pallet or end up ducking into a corner thinking its the window and just die.
I think there's actually 2 variants of the 4 lane, here's the other one | | | | | | | | 0 | | | | | | | | / | That might be wrong I don't even remember but if it's right I kinda like this one better because you can use the window from the outside, and if you use it from the inside you can run away instead of being stuck behind the wall
No way you forgot the U and Z walls!? Those weird Ormond/Yamaoka Jungle gyms are painful... But they are no that crazy as they seem after seeing a good drawing and explanation how to run them. A guy called Cru5h made a yt video where he drawed and explained them very well, it was called 'how to loop basically evrything else'
18:40 u can still pretty easily angle ur fast vaults from that side, in my experience on both roles the better option is to force them to take that zig zag fast vault especially on the dum new cold wind long walls it can be rlly difficult for noobs and decent survs to angle that shit

(---------Pallet______)
(_____Window-------)
Total length across : 8m or so (shack length) Total length vertical : 5m or so (pallet is close to the window, but not as close as 4 walls)
Kinda like this ^ The opposing heights on the walls, with lower walls, allows them to be stronger/weaker against normal killers run around, (because you can see over them and mindgame) But ranged killers make that side unsafe (huntress, deathslinger etc)
The window allows one to vault out strongly, likely chained into other things (hopefully with dbd's spaghetti code, into a lesser tile) And its total strength is high, but playing the loop can go many different ways depending on the side you enter from, and how you loop around it.
A variant of said loop could also look like this :
(---------Pallet______)
Gen
(_____Window-------)
This one would arguably stop the fast vault out of the loop, similarly to a shack with a generator in it, but play similarly to an open shack in nature.
Other variants could open or close the walls on the sides's by a bit (similar to long walls/L wall T walls,
(---------Pallet______)
(
) - ("wall hook")
(_____Window-------)
This type would arguably be far far stronger, in nature, and i'd honestly suggest this variant having dual pallets, but way shorter walls. ie having two unsafe, or very easily mindgameable pallets right next to each other to form a stronger loop.
15:26 thats also what i see when i run into loops especially if the survivor im chasing doesnt die right away lol the IRL Bloodlust kicks in
Scott thinking he can hide the Z wall from us
I hate all the special tiles on Ormond/Red Forest and especially Yamaoka Estate.
Why did they make T-L wall way shorter than it was before?
The other tile on Yamoka and Ormond were the walls are jagged af. I swear I can never find the pallet or end up ducking into a corner thinking its the window and just die.
I think there's actually 2 variants of the 4 lane, here's the other one

That might be wrong I don't even remember but if it's right I kinda like this one better because you can use the window from the outside, and if you use it from the inside you can run away instead of being stuck behind the wall
You forgot the Pale Rose God Log. My favourite palletless loop.
Someone who knows how to run the pog log is enough to make me just give up.
"I like shack"
I like shaq too, he's a cool guy
Main building rankings
Scott "survivor-sided" Jund at it again
Scott make a tier list of all the main buildings in each map plz daddy
18:40 u can still pretty easily angle ur fast vaults from that side, in my experience on both roles the better option is to force them to take that zig zag fast vault especially on the dum new cold wind long walls it can be rlly difficult for noobs and decent survs to angle that shit
When it comes to map specific loops i would like to add long fences on Haddonfield.
Middle top to bottom left, top right to middle bottom, top left to the middle of the first line, bottom right to the middle of the second line, add a point on the top and bottom
