Can't believe I spent 22 minutes watching a man tinker with foot controls on a motorcycle to adapt them for a more comfortable ride. And enjoyed every minute of it. 🙂 Thanks for taking us along, as you work through the figgering it out and there's always 1 or 2 gotcha's to overcome. Also takes a MAN to admit he checks the scribbling on a piece of paper (can't say the word that starts with i). Godspeed on your journey. PS: I'm going to call your front porch "Serenity". Humming birds, chickens, dogs, flowers ........
Good video man. All the honda videos I've watched this is first time to come across someone for my town in Shreveport. I'm looking to add forward controls to my honda shadow
Hey pal I love this ! Awesome. Question for you though. What make and model of controls are those. Golly I hope you’re still on here!! Fingers crossed!!
The forward controls look great...and the new slip-ons sound awesome...really coming together! What...only a two finger baggie?? I saw three finger ones a lot...in my youth...yeah...that's when ;) My first bike was a Honda CB250 Custom...pretty much was a sewing machine :p
Great job and I'm glad your happy with all the updates and fine tuning to your requirements to make it comfortable and perform to your specifications. Did you hurt yourself again? I can't wait to see the next riding video, just be safe. Y'all take care!
Always run into some "ringer" when you take on a project like that. You are a very experienced backyard mechanic and so most projects are "easy" for you, but not for me!
When I was finished, I realized it was actually a fairly straight forward Install. Have to drill out the pin holes and mixing American with metric was a bit aggravating.
Great job. I'm trying to find someone that makes forward controls for the Royal Enfield Meteor 350. If you know anybody that does, would you please let me know, I would be extremely grateful. Thank you.😎
@BCtruck, BC Blades - @1:46 You must have eaten a lot of small sandwiches back in your day, Brad. I've heard multiple names of these magical and small American-style sandwiches; 1. Tea sandwiches. 2. Finger sandwiches, (a two-finger sandwich, maybe?). Or most ironically 3. A party sandwich. Those are my UA-cam friendly guesses.
Can you put your modified mufflers on your wife’s bike? That would save you some money, you could spend on handlebars or risers. New mufflers sound good. Phil

I tried going back in and blurring all mention of the “I” word, but it was to much work!😂😂. I love a sunny day on the front porch.

I’m actually over in waskom, just across the state line.
I'm glad you got out everything you need, I noticed at 1:36 the Neosporin in the background :)

Yep, the bike fits me now.
Nice change to the controls the way they are set up. Sounds good with the Cobras.
It really makes the bike fit me much more comfortably. .
Chief Guard Dog Breezy on duty looks good.
Thanks!

Sorry pal, but I can’t remember. That was three bikes ago.
Nice sounding pipes! Hope you are more comfortable with the relocated controls.
Thanks! Heading to Texarkana in a few minutes.

Nope. No cuts or bruises. Gonna start working on uploading today’s ride to Texarkana.
@@bctruck I can’t wait 😁
Hey Brad, Great sounding pipes. Can I ask where you got them? I want to get some slip ons for my bike. I may have missed where you said it.
I got these cobra slip is through Dennis Kirk.

Those pipes make the bike sound like a cougar...you should wear your leopard skin chaps while riding to match the sound of the bike 🐆😉
I don’t wear chaps since the Walmart incident. I swear, I did not know that I was supposed to wear pants under them!
@@bctruck Glad you told me! I was heading to walmart wearing my zebra chaps 😄

@@bctruck it's oregano officer, I swear!
I like the forward controls now to fix the sowing machine for your wife js
For a few days, I’ll get to ask her things like, is your bike running, why is your motorcycle whispering,,,, it’s gonna be fun.
@@bctruck she is going to hate you

I can and I will but I just wanted a day to ask her things like, is your bike running or why is your engine whispering.
