Quick Granny Cobbler

This is so easy that I’m almost ashamed to post it! If you’re like me, I prefer the bread over the fruit of a cobbler. Lol. This is just the right size but if you’re feeding a crowd or taking to a summer cook-out, you may want to double this recipe. And for Heaven’s sake, please don’t forget to top with vanilla ice cream!
