Have a good day, guys.
The outro music is a excerpt from the cover of "King Of The Rodeo - Kings of Leon" by a fine subscriber of mine that goes by the name of David McMichael. You can find more of his music here:

This is not an official Total War video.
This contains Blood and Gore so you if you're under the age of 18 don't look at the replay with your eyes.

"Warboss Skarsnik, if you please."
"I don't see your WAAAGH, boss."
"I'm in the market. As it were."
Don't understand random hate from people being mad about using mods or it being on the launcher. Most all of the mods you are using are graphical or small QoL changes like the home region bonus (which is one of my favorite mods) and CA has always supported their use hence the mod manager on the load screen. I think everything looks great and appreciate the mix between regular camera angles during the battles and some cinematic shots thrown in to highlight things!
Welcome to the internet, man! I agree with everything you're saying, but some people just don't like it when they feel their personal space has been invaded somehow. I find it more amusing than anything else :)
I'm glad you seem to enjoying it anyway :P
Skarsnik before the first siege "Many of you will die but, that is a sacrifice I am willing to make!"
I am loving the themed campaign, will be a great watch!
Yes, yes, this will be fun. Ally with the rat-men to your south I hope you will. Many trinkets to be had. Much slaughtering to be done.
I may ally with them if it suits my agenda. They better hope they don't outgrow their use :P
First time viewing your channel, I'm liking the way you edit. Slipping in and out of those cinematic shots. Really cool, nice work mate
Watching this in 2020 and its stillllllll so awesome! thanks for the long lasting great content!
Appreciate your style of game play and commentary, truly enjoyed your video keep it up!
I know I'm super late to the party but I absolutely love this campaign and style of it. The mods have put a bit of a different twist on normal game play and I love that too. Also, excellent choice going after the Empire so soon.
Love the little cinematic battle edits! I guess it takes some extra effort, but it's well worth it - very nice touch :-D
Raze the Empire, and then I think Skarsnik might want to build a treehouse in that big ol' tree those pointy ears love so much.
I was thinking I might want better lumber for my Rock Lobbers at some point...
Love the cinematic shots! Great immersion, Cheers!
They don't make their way into every episode because they're super time consuming, but I'm glad you enjoy them :)
@@JanetOnOccasion they look really good. That one where the arachnarok comes out the gates is sublime! Bit how do they look so good. It's like the graphics step up a massive notch?!
Why must you tourture us by making us wait this long I JuST CANT WAIT. 😭😂
I'm getting into character so I'm starting by being evil to my viewers :)
NOOOO I'ma still be in school when it starts 😭😭😭
Hooly shit, i haven't found a good total war warhammer campaign in a good while! I only know of 2 ttww youtubers who do cinematics, i generally don't like the...how do you call it...fighty part of the battle, but you managed to split it perfectly in twine...tweine...? Twine? Sorry, English ain't my first language. So it's really good to watch! Also your goblin voice is pretty fun too. And your commentary is enjoyable also, great work!
I'm glad you're enjoying it! I don't do the cinematics in every campaign video, though. It's incredible time consuming and most people like to see new content every day so I have to compromise. I bring them back for quest battles and things, though :)
Janets voice is proven to lower blood pressure and cholesterol along with a balanced diet! : )
Was not expecting this but hell I'm hyped
Praise be to Janet, playing the Skarsnik campaign so I don't have to (honestly though, I will enjoy this very much. It will make my leftover Indian food lunch so much better).
Well now I want indian food. Damn you!
Love your campaign videos Janet keep up the great content
I'll do my best! :)
Less blood and gore? I'm calling Khorne right naow!
This will be very interesting to watch as my very first Warhammer army was Goblins.
Very cool! I can imagine that being a very fun but stressful army to play :P
@@JanetOnOccasion It started out as a Common Goblins only, but I choose to include two Night Goblins as they were a lot easier to paint. I did not use any Trolls or Squig units as in sixth edtion Squig were rather complicated unit and expensive as they were metal models. But I did managed to convert several models in units to represent the Green skin animosity special rule, that the game represents as fightyness. I also choose to use purple for their clothing. (They raided rich areas.) it was very entertaining to play a Goblin army, but not as fun as the Skaven I also played during sixth edtion, before the next Army book greatly reduced the so called un-realiable Skaven weapon technology. I have a 14 model stong Goblin Wolfrider unit as medium cavalry led by a mounted Goblin Big Boss armed with a magical spear that gave the rular +1 Strengh and up to +3 attacks per the rank bonus of an enemy unit, it was named something like Porko's Pigstikka.
If a skill descrition say Squig Units then both Units types gain bonuses. (From what I've seen before in other let's plays.) Night Goblin Squig Hoppers counts as melee cavalry and the Squig Herds counts as war Beasts. As they seem to be the only Spear Infantry in the game thas lacks an anti-large bonus, Goblin units are only really usable in the start/ very early stages or to save some income reduction as the their Night Goblin cousins are only mildly inferior in terms of armour and melee defence.
Green skin faction to gain som serious unit replenishment option in their remake.
Awesome!
If you get Eight Peaks you could make one single Orc-only army for fun. Maybe a horde of savage orcs that Skarsnik orders around. You could make it work thematically, I'm sure.
Very nice gameplay, nice voice, and NAIZ GOBBOZ! ;) You got new subscriber :) I'll be watching next expisodes. :)
Welcome to the channel! :)
This is perfect cause I just started a clan angrund campaign
I feel I should apologise in advance for what I'll end up doing to your clan :P
Here is a suggestion for a must add mod "Save Camera Settings". This mod allows you to set how you want the camera to behave as a standard everytime you start a game.
For example I've set as default that all units for my, enemy, friendly, and neutral factions be set to very fast movement for lords and heroes and disabled the camera moving for friendly or neutral factions.
Sounds great, but the game does that already :)
@@JanetOnOccasion the game only saves each faction not allies or hostile etc. Setting each faction is pointless as every game is different for who you play or have as enemies.
I set allied, enemy, and neutral faction camera options in episode 1 and haven't had to reapply them once. I'm really not sure what the problem this mod is fixing but I don't think I need it.
Janet On Occasion sorry I mean it saves these settings so you don’t have to set it up for each new game. ie it saves it for all games
Too bad that I can't watch your live tonight. can't wait to see the video tomorrow. Goblins will rock the empire and the Big beards !!
No worries, mate! You'll probably have a couple episodes to watch by then :)
I really like the extra requirement of having a building for the tech tree, I feel it adds to the emersion.
I find it can do the opposite. I find the idea that the cities we're building only contain the buildings that we're specifying is strange, and so the idea of having to build a specific building for anyone to be able to invent particular things is just odd to me. Sometimes the research does imply certain infrastructure existing, but not always. A lot of Greenskin "Tech" can just be explained by a Warboss shouting at goblins to make the spears pointier :P
I believe i saw a mod that stopped the "enemies unite against us" thing unless they are part of the same race. So elves can help elves, dwarf can help dwarf but greenskins cant help vampire counts.
I'll have to check it out! Thanks :)
There is a mod to keep these random "United Against Us" events at bay. "Culture restricted join war", might wanna try it.
"Garrison Overhaul" let's you easily set up your own garrisons. It can be adapted for any race and any configuration you want. Took me 15 minutes to do it for my Empire campaign.
Interesting! I'll have to give them a look. Thanks! :)
@@JanetOnOccasion In case you need help with editing the pack file of the "Garrison Overhaul" mod I could do that for you if you tell me what exactly you want. No problem.
I find it kinda fun that we have mostly the same mods active
You clearly have exquisite taste ;)
@@JanetOnOccasion Well i am the lord of excess after all
@Janet SFO gives all goblin garrisons
I can't find the Crooked Moon Low Fightiness Attrition Immunity Mod. Is there another name for it?
By the way, I am enjoying this playthrough so much! Especially since I discovered my love for the Gloomspite Gitz in Age of Sigmar
Why is it on recommendations in my CA launcher?
This series appears on the Total War launcher :D
Go for the Goblin territories in the Empire!
They're on the list :)
@@JanetOnOccasion Noticed after posting :P Good.
Y'know... Perhaps the Savage Orc territories in the New World too, at some point?
WAAAAGH!!! Could we see an all greenskin cav army? I miss Rome: Total War Parthia... :D
While fun in concept, It might get super tedious actually fighting with an army like that since the goblin cavalry are all so weak against armour. If the enemy army has any it'll take hours to deal with them :P
Could make for some exciting reverse Rohan nonsense using them as reinforcements, though :D
You could use that mod which disables United Against Us to stop the weirdness.
Little late for that now, mate :P
Anyone know where to find that Crooked Moon Low Fightiness Attrition Immunity mod? I've been looking around and I assume it might be gone unless its a custom mod. It'd be nice for a playthrough of my own.
Modding away attrition? really... So, "I'll take the benefits, but you leave those disadvantages at home!" .... Don't agree with that one!
You don't have to agree with it. You do you, man :)
is it only fightiness attrition or all attrition? fightiness attrition is just annoying while attrition is a cool mechanic.
Only Fightiness attrition. I find it's just an irritation rather than anything else. Normal attrition is a great way to keep certain factions away from certain parts of the map and help keep it more lore friendly while proving unique challenges. It can stay :)
I agree. I feel the whole mechanic should’ve been removed in this case.
what Mod are you using to get rid of the low fightiness attrition?
As soon as I moved towards the Dwarves Clan Angrund came with 3 full stacks, I put up a brave fight but I can´t kill their 4 ghost heroes.
8:30 i see what you did there ...
Are you liking the new fog of war implementation?
Don't raze the Empire farm them for wealth so u can have a ton od stacks all over the map. Buddy up all the baddies in area and farm all humans. Put overlords everywhere and wipe out the dawi in region send warboz to the high elves amd raze them lol that would be bonkers I think
I have to avoid their confederation spree. I can farm the other provinces but the Empire is a faction you've either got to wipe out early or try to avoid :)
@@JanetOnOccasion why they are easy to beat the A.I is trash. Like this it keeps things interesting for ths late game. Better battles. U can wrap ur crooked moon empire around them take black pitt and all the dawil lands then u end a hop skip away from 8peaks. And farm the legendary Lords do not wipe them out. This gives ur leaders great loot and buffs. Whats the point of wiping all the good lords ij the Early game thats easy. Late game is so boring because everyone is so weaker than u be a dictator to the humans amd tax them heavy use them like cattle. And if they revolt more fun for u and us. Plus u will have a huge bank account for expeditions. Like a pirate fleet of Goblins lol
They hate high elves not the tree hugging ones I think
They see no difference between them. The reason they hate the Elves is due to the events surrounding the War of Vengeance, which happened before the Wood Elves and High Elves were even separate. Dwarfs have a long memory :P
Yeah but wood elves hate dwarves more then high elves. Dwarves cut down a load of trees, wood elves killed them so dwarf king sent in an army.
How do you make that cinematic camera D:!!
no attrition?!? Really... so, it's Skarsnik but not really. It's somethig fan base voted you to do for a reason but you just chose not to follow the rules? Hmmm... -1
Then call me an anarchist
@@JanetOnOccasion No, I'm calling you a hack. It is a hard faction to play, maybe the hardest. That's why they chose to make you play that and you just cheated out. So not anarchist but a hack / cheater... take your pick if you want (nah, seeing how you play games you'd probably dance out of that one too).
Who hurt you?
Why is this on the Total War browser? He's practically not playing Total War with all these mods.
I find this very amusing. They're a company that support mods! You found this on the same launcher that has a mod manager on it! Besides, battles are unchanged so most of the game it the same as ever :)
@@JanetOnOccasion I don't think it warrants being on the launcher. It's just another playthrough like any other. I'm glad you found it so amusing.
It's a way for the studio to shine a light on the people who promote their games for them while there's no news to be had. It's purely optional, dude :P
Waaaaaaaagh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You need to move your mic down under your chin on your headset or away from your mouth. There's a lot of popping with your lips as you speak. Which shouldn't be occurring if you have a proper setup.
Hmm the mods make this too easy
Funny you should say that in an episode where mods have made litterally no different to anything yet. Besides, it's an RP campaign. If you've watched others you'l know I make my own difficulty :)
@@JanetOnOccasion many of them are fine and thematic, i'd say about 4/5ths are, some are just making the campaign easier and warping how the game plays, they are not needed but when used create a snowball effect.
his so bad....ehh
