After 3 hours, its impossible to put those side beams (for the floor) on the side. We dont understand what are we doing wrong. Can someone please help!!
You dont inflate fully the first, the purpose is to keep it straightened,, then you mostly deflate it before putting aluminum floors. I have tried both a few times and prefer having little bit air in it that allows put the floors on it. I have had this boat for over three years now.
Hey so my keeel is a little bit off not lined up so without taking the aluminum floor out how do I make sure the keel is aligned as now I got my boat on the trailer amd just noticed it when I got under neath the trailer I just watch your video again so do I got to take it off the trailer again just asking thanks
I have both, yes the slatted floor is quicker, but the aluminum floor and inflatable keel is ten times more stable, and I can walk around the boat without looking down
I hawe newer inflated the keal first !!! Whay ? Whay ? So much unnecesery work... Well maybe is you are weak person with no power in hands to put aluminium flor pads in and side reenforcments... Well... i will stay with my way.
Thank you for taking the time to do this video. I cant believe what some people are saying.
Thank goodness for this! I have been struggling trying to get a loaner together for hours!
Thanks for the tips! Im on a boat, with not as much flat space to lat it out. What a pain!

I couldn't get the air valve to position in the hole in 1st floor. I'll try again by inflating keel first.
It is a large boat. It can take up to half hour to assemble.
Mario
Yeah nah the Keel is the last thing you inflate - pre-inflate the boat to 50% and then assemble everything
Thanks for posting this!
do you know the inside dimensions of this boat or the dimensions of the floor when installed? i can't find any info. thank you so much.

Fine boat, but it takes to much long time to make it ready for use. My boat with Rolle up slatted floor, take 4 until 5 minutes for start up
