  • The hardest part of losing weight is having a good mindset. In this week's vlog, I take you along on an average day in my diet and walk you through all my thoughts.

      I struggled with this a lot too, and it takes time, but trying to stay positive and be kind to myself has helped a lot. It happens to many of us, so please don't be upset with yourself. I hope you give yourself love and patience and I wish you the best

    Oh really, thank you for changing some misconceptions about diet and encouraging me to go on and choose what works for me and not look at what other people are doing and follow it. It is really important to find what works for you and also difficult because you have to try a lot of things But in the end, you will be happy that you are doing what you love and achieving your goal. Also, thank you again for the Arabic translation. Keep it up. I am really looking forward to next week.

    I was very frustrated and trying to try and do what others do of diet, routine or exercise and I never adhered to, but now when I read your words and watched your video, my view changed and I knew why I did not adhere to any diet because it did not suit me. I chose things that did not suit me or I can stick to it, but now I will start with a diet and lifestyle that suits me and I can stick to it. Thank you. You really do not know how much you motivated me. I wish you success and continue to post videos. I really support you 🥺❤️‍🔥.

    It's been super helpful for me to see your full arm workout because it looks like a very attainable beginner routine.

    I had covid and wasn’t able to exercise for nearly a month and I was overeating I was very insecure about it, but thanks to you am feeling a lot better, thanks for being the one and always giving us such positive content love ya.

    무엇을 드셔도 좋지만, 본인이 드신 것이 본인의 몸이 된다는 점, 본인이 하신 선택에 대해 본인 스스로가 책임 잘 지시고 감당하시고 대가를 치루셔야 한다는 점, 그리고 본인의 몸과 건강을 책임지고 보살피고 돌봐줄 사람은 본인 밖에 없다는 점, 이것들만 기억하셨으면 합니다.

    i just had a binge episode yesterday (literally lost control over food) since i attempted to transition from unhealthy short term diet for fast result to healthy eating :'---) i do understand that it will really be a part of the process and i just had to try again the day after but i can't help and feel like i'm about to relapse again so thank you for this!! it's already 3pm but not too late to eat healthily i guess

      Hi dear, I know it's hard, but remind yourself that it's never too late to make small changes! When I switched to healthy eating, I still had many binge episodes (I had some just recently too) but they keep getting better and easier to manage. Being understanding and patient with yourself helps a lot, and trying to find a balance so you don't restrict too much and feel satisfied day to day. I am rooting for you and wishing you the best ❤️ we can do this!

    Can you please tell about your workout split up for different body parts (done across a week)?

      Hi, thank you so much! I will do my best to keep going ❤️
      I am not very confident in my workouts but I am happy to share what I do:
      Now I am doing 2 days of lower body + 2 days of upper body (sometimes I miss some😅). Lower body I do the compound exercises I always show in the videos (squat, lunge, deadlift, etc). Upper body I have been doing same as this video (2 push + 2 pull exercises, no specific muscle targeted), and when I do upper body I also do abs after like in this video.
      Usually for 7 days I do something like lower/upper/rest/lower/rest/upper/rest but it is flexible depending on my schedule!
      I will try to film all my workouts for one week in the future vlogs!

    :( I'm feeling guilt. I just passed a week of overeating. I had stomachache but couldn’t stop eating. Now today I binged again after having two days of dieting. I'm here just hating myself. So much guilt in my heart. >_<

      Hi dear, I have had the same problem too. Binge eating is very common for many of us :( But please don't hate yourself, you didn't do anything wrong! Don't restrict too much when you diet, and try to enjoy it as much as you can. I hope you will feel better and give yourself a lot of love and patience, I know you can do it!

      I don't mind at all! I have the Essential bike from Decathlon, but the seat is like a normal bike seat, so it's not very comfortable. I use a padded bike seat cover, but it still took some time to get used to. I think maybe a flatter seat would be more comfortable, but once you get used to it, for the price it's not bad.

      I had the Domyos EB Essential from Decathlon! I had to get rid of it when I moved but it was a very good bike for the price 😊

      10kg in total!! So each weight is 5kg 😅 sorry for the confusion, next time I will mark it more clearly! 5kg is too heavy for some exercises, but I try to do as many reps as I can. The blue dumbbells are only 2kg! I'm trying to push myself a little because building muscle is so hard...
