So Ben can you make videos on Ayurveda, crime, pollution, Health Care, Yoga practices and therapies, just a few suggestions.
God living in a small town in South India or himachal sounds too good. Especially now that WiFi is generally decent everywhere. That 20,000 furnished villa sounds good, but even cheap places had nice view.

This is indian mentality: The maintenance of the bathrooms and furnitures are extremly bad. Before moving in you have to invest at liest 1500 €. In Germany many people are still using the furnitures of 1920s and older. My cabinet was made in the year 1898. Still they look nice! Anyway I love India very much.

Yes my native is thiruvannamalai. This is most spiritual place in south india. Many siddhar and in sukshama rupam around the mountains. Lord shiva akni thalam
Kind of expensive compared with Bangalore where you can get a pretty nice place for rs 10k if you are willing to live 15km outside town. In town it can get a bit more expensive, but you can get a decent place for 15k upwards to 1 lac for a nice apartment in a great part of town
I'm from vellore, tamil nadu Believe me there are more cheaper houses than you are showing, may be they are asking more money since you are a foreigner and don't know about local prices
BUBBA I´m caught between The Banana Leaf and The Colorful Penthouse Suite. There´s actually a super good restaurant in Mumbai I ate at by the same name The Banana Leaf and it´s about South Indian food and even the restaurant has miniature temple replicas and other South Indian décor. Highly recommend you go there whenever you´re in Mumbai next time. I gotta go with The Colorful Penthouse Suite as I love the view of Arunachal for meditation and Hath yoga on that terrace. The neighborhood looks cool. Here in the West I don´t the noise from neighbors but the 48 days I spent in North INDIA back in 2019 with all the "noise" was totally awesome. Can´t explain why but I was just captivated by all of India with 2 or 3 situations I didn´t like but you know how the saying goes "You can´t always have your cake and eat it all the time". I could definitely work off my cell phone doing my English online classes there!

I personally as a single female would probably live in any of them except for the $50 a month room. I am moving to India in one and a half months to find my father in New Delhi and I’m curious as to how far this town is from New Delhi as well as what do you think the big city of New Delhi would be right for me as a single female? I am a country girl and I love my privacy and I love the outdoors! But I’m just curious as to how far I would have to commute to New Delhi when searching for long lost my family if I lived in the city? Also if I wanted to purchase would that be an option for me as an American born woman but I am Indian as well. I am a unique mix because Caucasian and Hindu Indian people don’t usually mix but fortunately my father was going to college in the United States when they met. I am probably going to be giving up my American citizenship and obtaining my Indian OCI card because I found out you have more rights with that card! Any advice would be a blessing and I wanted to tell you a super love your attitude and super love the place where you live and I super feel your vibe because I absolutely truly understand what it’s like as an American to be in India. This place is a good ways from Delhi. Rishikesh would be more of an option since it has similar vibes except it is in the mtns. Just a few hours from Delhi. If you want to buy you can as even foreigners can with some creative arrangements just a bit more work to figure out. Good luck!

Ashram stay is free at Ramana Ashram, but you have to apply and may have chores

I personally as a single female would probably live in any of them except for the $50 a month room. I am moving to India in one and a half months to find my father in New Delhi and I’m curious as to how far this town is from New Delhi as well as what do you think the big city of New Delhi would be right for me as a single female? I am a country girl and I love my privacy and I love the outdoors! But I’m just curious as to how far I would have to commute to New Delhi when searching for long lost my family if I lived in the city? Also if I wanted to purchase would that be an option for me as an American born woman but I am Indian as well. I am a unique mix because Caucasian and Hindu Indian people don’t usually mix but fortunately my father was going to college in the United States when they met. I am probably going to be giving up my American citizenship and obtaining my Indian OCI card because I found out you have more rights with that card! Any advice would be a blessing and I wanted to tell you a super love your attitude and super love the place where you live and I super feel your vibe because I absolutely truly understand what it’s like as an American to be in India. I love India and culture and can’t wait to get to know more of my Indian side because I was raised mostly in the US! Thanks 🙏 bunches and stay sweet, happy and peaceful!
This place is a good ways from Delhi. Rishikesh would be more of an option since it has similar vibes except it is in the mtns. Just a few hours from Delhi. If you want to buy you can as even foreigners can with some creative arrangements just a bit more work to figure out. Good luck!

Are there taxis that would take me a couple hours away to New Delhi and do you know for approximately how much? Also my friend told me that southern Delhi is more for foreigners and expats. I'm just not so sure I want to live in the city. Have you been to Delhi?
