@@InsideOutAnus the people saying this are the ones that saw the first version in 2017, during that time i worked on it for a few months until i gave up because it was too long for me but in october 2022 i decided to reboot it completely and finish it

It's not regular show and it's not close enough, but it's Just About Right
It's sort of funny how this is definitely more the Rigby and Mordecai dynamic but you can still see elements of Benson there.
I've watched 2 in the AM PM many times since like 2011, but this really feels like the evolution of it. Especially the background designs and the concentration sequennce. You did a great job

This is insanely well done considering how the original looks, I also just can't get over hearing Benson swearing. It feels wrong naturally and yet completely in character and right at the same time.

Seeing this fully animated makes me think that this could have been a Newgrounds flash animation from the early 2000's that I would've watched and thought "this should be its own show!"
Considering what came out of this, I'd say that means you brought it to life perfectly.

5:22 - Great job on this piece. I really love the colors and poses of the characters in this sequence.
I feel like other than regular show, this was the more adult type stuff JG wanted to make that he couldn’t due to the kids and teen atmosphere of Cartoon Network. When he pitched regular show’s first episode some of the notes actually had some cuss words in them. So seeing him have fun and reunite with his fellow voice actors with no limits of any kind to make this was very pleasing to watch. I think it’s also fair to say that, the majority of regular shows’s viewers practically grew up and are now here reunited again by JG’s work. It seemed like the stars aligned for me to watch this. It it’s probably the same for y’all too. I was glad to see regular show as part of my childhood, and again find his work: both regular show and now this in my adulthood. Thank you JG, and the animators, for sharing your gift to the world, and making sure everyone has a good time.

This is honestly impressive the way this is made the backgrounds the subtle details when their shocked and of course the framerate all of it is just amazing and spectacular

I have showed this to everyone in my life since I watched this years ago in highschool. It has seriously been such an inspiration for me and im so happy this was reanimated for it to be revamped in my life.

I remember watching this as a kid as a teaser to regular show. I’ve since graduated college with a bachelor degree and here I am watching it all over again loving it just the same. Regular show. It’s anything but.
J.G deserves a new show. Idk if close enough was an hbo decision or if he just wanted to step away but his writing has always been very relatable to me and i need more. I wish adult swim and cable in general wasnt dead cuz i think that would be a perfect match

Its easier to have a bad psyche trip than to have a bad weed session. Maybe theres more physical/mental symptoms with weed but theres a reason why so many ppl, even those that smoke regularly or drink or frequent any kinda drug, still get really scared of the idea of taking hella psyches
