For sure consistency!!!! I will definitely get back on the stretching!! I use to manage a gym for women and stretching was the main key before and after! Life got in the way of me keeping that routine. That's why consistency has to be my word for 2024!

Thank you ladies....i want to share my story because maybe it will help others. I am in my early 40s w a baby 2yrs old and a sick parent.my life has took the most stressful turn. Nothing has seemed to lower my stress. However, after watching this video. I will try to incorporate the skin routine to destress and self care. In addition, i ordered a word finder book to destress when we get undesirable guests who visit my parent. Some things which helped me before is taking showers w dim light. Keeping my bedroom dim light and cool temperature.
My word for 2024 is Discipline and saying No because i am just that, stretch my self thin to help others or be there for others always… I can’t keep pouring into others when my cup is left empty for me
same as Kendra really trying to be consistent with my hair routine and fittness , I have an auto immune diseae that causes alot of pain and my fittness falls short.

I listened to the audiobook and bought the physical second book The Merciless Ones (I have two kids under 3 so I have yet to read the second one lol, but maybe this year).
