Crispy Pork grilled is kind of expensive food because too many complicate& too many process ( at least take more 3 days to cooking it ) and base on experience of Chef too 😁 at Trang province of Thailand is the most famous of Crispy pork grill ever
Don’t know if they still have second hand stalls, at the inside stores where it is hot. A copy army top loader soldier bag is the cheapest , around 90-100b. Duffel bags should go between 200-500 b
At the place like that, you have to be careful with your decision buying something. Although the most of Thais are generous, honest and helpful but some of merchants and taxis, especially in tourist area, don't hesitate to take advantage of you also. As a Thai, I don't mean they are bad people, they just make their living, and the same persons might give you some helps without expecting anything in return in other situations also. If you've found anything overpriced or too expensive, please do not support them. That should help prevent and fixing the tourist exploit problem in Thailand. By the way, that bowl of crispy pork for 200 bath. (Sorry if I'm wrong) is criminal 🤣🤣. It should be about 50-70 bath in other area. 100 bath is OK. Have a good time staying in Thailand. Love you
I am Thai and I hate when I see that they do that to foreigner. The price they have on the bag when you see it originally is 800 baht and they literally just up the price to 1200 when they see you as foreigner. That is why they drop the price that fast without sweating. I would say if it is not in the tourist area, the cost of the bag should be 500 baht or less.
The crispy pork originated from Nakon Patom province. That place is famous for crispy pork. And the fresh pork belly price today is 220 baht per kilogram. Delicious. 😋🤤
I suggest you take care of yourself while in Thailand. I love Chatuchak but I would argue that Sampheng offers better value prices. i always offer half what they say, that tends to be closer to the real price, looks like you got a good deal. Some places they won't even haggle anymore, they don't get my business. Mind you I love the Chatuchak atmosphere. And like Fathimah I prefer Thai food to Malaysian food!!!!!
Why every foreigner coming to Chatuchak weekend market always missed the pet sections ? Yes, Chatuchak is the largest open air market in the world and this pet sections, espeically aquarium sections is considered the largest aquarium market on this earth ! and you didn't visit it ! ??? What man. The aquarium section is too large to put it in the Chatuchak area so the owner decided to move the pet sections and the aquarium aside the market.
Prob because he knows what his viewers want to see. It's usually the streets ,otherwise it would be a totally different channel. These guys only have so much time to film. If u feel that way and Noone does it what do u think that says? Maybe stop telling people what they should film on their channel and do it yourself.
If you walk through the sub (underground train) walkway from the corner of Jatujak (Sunday) market across the streets to "OR TOR KOR" Market, just like 200 - 300 meters away in distance, you will find some of the BEST FOODS of Thailand including the much tastier and crispier Roasted Pork (W/skin) of Bangkok, shops there are maybe amongst the best of this country, of course more costly but majority of fruits and foods there are some of the most sensational of this country and kind of phenomenal !
Yes!! Few years ago, I purposely took Grab go Or Tor Kor market for the food, durian and fruits. It is known as Rich Man's market if i remember correctly. But the prices were still OK for the quality. Highly recommend for half day visit in the morning
why I felt he get scam from the first bag store. I think the original price is 800 baht he should ask for 600. Also the yellow bag he ask at jewelry store is 1100 baht but the thai girl just walk in ask and the owner said 350 baht. One thing about price you got to negotiate a lot
Can't believe trying to low ball that guy for a backpack. I can't even get a backpack of that sort in America for the asking price. You might have been his only customer that day how would you know? He's probably trying to feed his family. The country is trying to get back on its feet after covid wrecked a lot of business and here you are being cheap.
You should be able to think, Malaysia is Muslim, they don't eat pork. but there are some parts of Thailand which the British took to Malaysia The Muslim diet has many restrictions. That people around the world identify as a fake religion by attaching it to Christianity, I don't want to talk about this. But I have always seen this religion until I am 80 years old, but Thai people never hate their religion. Thai people have a kind heart.
I've lived in Malaysia for over a year and yes majority is Muslim but also Buddhist and Hindu. Malaysians do eat pork especially in Penang, KL, Langkawi and other parts of Malaysia. Penang has some of the best crispy belly roasted pork.

This soup has no lemongrass or ginger and the broth is clear. Tom Yum usually has orange broth. This soup was different.

Bangkok was by far my least favorite place in Thailand. It's not much different than any other big city. Its just dirty and congested.
