Just wanna point out how great the newer guy in the back is, especially toward the end. That syncopation between two instruments with the right hand is super well done. Great performance all around!
He's brilliant, isn't he? I know very little about drumming, but I know he's fantastic. Really enjoyed seeing what he added to The Con by Tegan and Sara.
Gold Rush Wasnt Bad, But also wasnt like that good. The snipped from your hurricane was a lot more promising for a single. But thats song i am excited too. Thx for Recording!
This will be an instant classic of theirs. As a lifelong fan, I wanted to let you all know that with every album they do, there are some songs you're going to hate at first and some you will instantly love that relieves you of any doubt and helps you understand the rest of the album in the meantime. This is that instant lovable familiar Death Cab song for me while I'm trying to understand why in the hell Gold Rush still won't stick :)
3:23 4 years later and the guitar solo still gets buried in the mix live. Band and needs to try something different because it’s a great song, but misses its climax.
Robocop Hacks it’s possible it’s not finished being recorded yet, and also it’d be pointless to release every song on the album two months before the album comes out, so they’re releasing gold rush first then I’m assuming one or two others then the rest,
A lot of bands debut new songs live before the official streams are available. These UA-cam recordings get people excited and in some cases they’re also being picked up by media - in a way it’s free marketing. I even think artists choose to perform songs live at some stage just to see this happen, or at least don’t mind!
Exactly, it's also a reason to come to live shows. I don't know how many bands I've seen live that play unreleased songs. It's kind of a thank you to people who pay to seem them live + a way for them to see how people react to their newer stuff.

best job in the business
Cant' wait to hear the album version of this one. This is probably the best new song yet. Jason is my dream drummer.

THANK YOU SO MUCH! 😍😍
Sounds better than Gold Rush (which wasn’t bad) sounds like something off of the earlier stuff lick wise but modernised, I like it
Why does not the third guitar sound? u.u

How does he move that way
If they're gonna play it live knowing its gonna be posted why dont they just post this song on spotify?

because spotify is a music service and not a publisher
