When i was 12 my parents always ignore me and love my brother.. Now i am 16 and learn to live alone and now i have a habit of being talking in my own imagination😕.. Now i dont need anyone else.....i love myself
1 get rid of misconception... you can do things alone, like eating, walking, watching movies, going to a trip etc. 2 find your thing(which make you happy)..sitting with cup of coffee, writing in journal, anything 3 enjoy reading and writing 4 get a digital detox 5 give it a shot 👆

I'm an extroverted for me even imagining myself alone was so hard even on my holidays I was having just 3 family members around me and after exams I had thought of doing so much and using too much phone but in that time cuz of internet issues and my phone broke then disadvantages of being an extro start hitting me I have even seen the most maddest side of mine. I was so super frustrated with my family but in real after that month I got to know that the only mistake is mine and literally my real life started after that Everyone just start loving yourself enjoy your own company it's one best advice I can give great experience start reading books analyzing yourself My situation was soo worse that I even got suicidal thoughts and tried too ... But in the end it's something else Which is just you ❤️💜

My experience...Iam a very social person..just recently I decided to learn to enjoy my own company...started with watching a Movie alone..and post that going to the market for dress purchase followed by having a pastry at a cafe... By the end of it all I wanted to continue going alone to places because it felt very peaceful and I was so proud of myself... Everybody out here should give yourself one day where you get to enjoy your own company and trust me it only brings out the best in you.

Actually I think this video is very vital for every Indian. I'm currently in the US and was initially deathly terrified to be all by myself. But in three years I've learned so much about myself which I don't think I'd have ever learnt if I was always in the "validation zone".

My experience...Iam a very social person..just recently I decided to learn to enjoy my own company...started with watching a Movie alone..and post that going to the market for dress purchase followed by having a pastry at a cafe...
By the end of it all I wanted to continue going alone to places because it felt very peaceful and I was so proud of myself...
Everybody out here should give yourself one day where you get to enjoy your own company and trust me it only brings out the best in you.
Even I’m a person who like to stare at everything while alone. Thinking how life works and how beautiful everything is. Even when like i’ve my friends around, i’m always observing nature and life idk that is beautiful. For me it’s more of a curiosity to know like how a person can walk on two legs? Or how birds fly high without getting lost? Or how everything is stable on this planet despite of earth being round? I’m amazed how everything is placed so beautiful here.
