It's theorized that Elsa actually did pass away thus completing her transformation as the 5th spirit. That's why she stays with the spirits and is the spirit that links both worlds.
Both Anna and Elsa froze completely before (Anna in Frozen 1 and Elsa in Frozen 2) though from Anna's actions freed them both also. The "bridge" having two sides maybe even Anna's a sprirt (some critics mentioned that Anna felt too drawn to Elsa in Frozen 2 though Anna didn't hear the call like Elsa did). Though both have to have a foot in each world and involvement with both though each one more connected towards one side.
Well, rest assured that Frozen 3 and 4 will make this theory how possible and accurate it may have been, impossible and stupid simple because of sequelitis. Freaking Disney.
@@AngelJD I think it's more simple... As Elsa says, a bridge has two parts and their mother had two daughters. Elsa is the magic side, and Ana is the human side, that's why Elsa has powers and Anna doesn't. They are both the fifth spirit.
I genuinely love this movie, both as a sequel and a Disney film on its own. I love the darker themes from the first film, and the music is banger after banger. And it was nice to see representation of the Sami.
cool fact: the Northuldran are based from the Sámi, who are Indigenous to the Sápmi (current Norway, Sweden, Finland, Russia). I thought, as an Indigenous individual, this was pretty cool to see. I had the pleasure of meeting several Sámi at a Indigenous unity event a few years back where we met different tribal groups from South, Central, and North America, and several Asian and Northern /Eastern European countries. It was really fun getting to know everyone and understand that despite coming from different Indigenous groups, we’re similar from some traditional culture practices, views, attires, and the unfortunate colonial experiences. I heard that after Frozen 1, the Sámi council and parliaments contacted the studio to ensure an appropriate representation and made sure the movies were dubbed in North Sámi for the audience there, and they loved it. So they had a good collab and consult for the making of Frozen 2 and hopefully will for Frozen 3!
That’s so interesting i never knew that i learned about the sami in my food class it’s a very interesting culture so i’m very happy for you that you are able to see some representation in frozen 2
I have a feeling that Seb totally missed all the references and inspiration that Kristoff's song had. That song and the whole scene during it is the most fun part of the whole movie for me. When I saw that I couldn't stop laughing.
Yeah unfortunately it's been ages since he saw the first Frozen so he forgot 😭 I will never forget the experience of watching this movie in the cinema. I was laughing, singing along, getting emotional.... Everything
I am one who listens to plenty of songs from movies, especially Frozen 2 (and songs from tv-shows as well!). So magical, most of the songs in this movie
The salamander's name is Bruni and the water horse's name is nook and the wind spirit's name is gale (named by Olaf) the giants dont have names 4 some reason
Great reaction - thank you! This is my favourite of the two movies, both in terms of storyline and music. I find it really emotional, too. Oh, and the salamander's name is Bruni. ❄
I know this ain't your alley but...if you love Olaf's retelling of Frozen 1 and 2, you should react to ALL of Olaf's telling of a lot of Disney Movies :D
Elsa had to prove that she was wiling to give up her life to learn what had happened and therefore what needed to be done, which she magically relayed to Anna. This was how she proved herself worthy to be the "bridge" between Nature and humanity. Of course, like Anna in the first movie, she wasn't really dead, but in suspended animation (so to speak), and was brought back when she was needed to save Arendelle.
Olaf is not impossible to hate when he comes in the form of a talking toy and your then toddler keeps pressing the carrot nose to make him talk. That is when he comes up missing.
Hey seb! if you haven’t noticed when Ana and Elsa are playing with their toys made out of snow 0:33 you can see one of the figures being baymax from BIG HERO 6 make sure to keep an eye out for the Easter eggs! Keep up the great work👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
The music is definitely something I listen to regularly, especially Into the Unknown, which became one of my life songs in 2020. Great reaction, and the sweet kitty needs to make more appearances!
show yourself and into the unknown i listen to pretty often absolutely love those songs in german and in english haha oh yes you need the trolls movies - also love them and they also got great songs
This was the last film i saw in the cinema before corona. It made me cry so much, it is absolutely stunning, everything has come such a long way from the first (which i also adore). The next right thing was my song when alone in lockdown 😢
As fifth spirit that is connecting all 4 other elements, Elsa could communicate with all four spirits. Thus her having some sort of power to control the elements. (Not exactly her controlling the elements, it's like she's asking for help from the other elements)
23:00 I recommend “Olaf Presents” since you love Olaf. It wouldn’t have to be on UA-cam but just one day if you want to crack up on how funny and cute Olaf is, you’d love it(it’s his short stories on other Disney stories)
Anna: The truth about the past. The dam wasn’t a gift of peace Olaf: That’s goes against everything Arrendelle stands for. Anna: We gotta break the dam Olaf: But Arrendelle will be flooded Seb: So you gotta sacrifice it, dam Bro’s got the jokes
7:32 yes watch the trolls film (only the first). may not be that great of a film compared to most animated ones but has great comedy and overall is fun to watch.
@@PussInBootsTheLastWishFan2003 oh wut i didn't even notice there was a third one until you mentioned. and i found the second one quite terrible so i just don't think of it.
this movie so so beautiful! i loved it so much more than the first and cristoff’s song with the 80s themes cracks me uppp i watched this movie like twice it one day when i first saw it, no shame
Yay!!! That was fun! I've been waiting for this for so long! Bruni (The Salamander) is my favorite. Thanks for reacting. Hey, what are the chances we'll see you in leather? 🤣 I know, I know. I'll put myself in time out for that one. 😘
That ice that Elsa involuntarily created on the balcony means that her self-fear momentarily returned while she was distracted by her memories. This means that she still fears herself a little because she doesn't know who she is and what might happen next because of who/whatever she is. This never did get resolved. She knows better now that she is not dangerous, so she normally has her self-fear under control, and it won't be a big problem. But this is little incident shows us that she needs to learn about herself and solve the mystery of her powers.
I watched this movie and had no idea what happened, and watched it again now and still have no idea what happened, so you are not alone. But I love it and love your reaction even more. We need the cat in more reactions please.
Honestly I liked the original script more but specifically its ending (Arendelle gets destroyed), that post credit scene makes more sense with the original storyboards where Elsa’s castle gets destroyed when She freezes, but it was a good sequel, can’t wait for frozen 3! Also you must watch all frozen shortfilms : frozen fever, Once upon a Snowman and the best one Olaf’s frozen adventure it really is good (they happen before frozen 2 and that post credit scene will make more sense after frozen fever and those little snowmen).
Anna used crave change because her life wasn't what she wanted, but now that she has Elsa back and the life she had wanted, Anna can't stand to have anything changing, and Elsa is worried that this voice will represent a big change that would ruin Anna's happiness. This is why Elsa wishes that the voice, the call to adventure and discovery, would go away. She was conflicted, but chose to keep Anna happy instead of learning about herself. But when she was left with no choice but to find and fix what went wrong, Elsa fully embraced the quest, and really, really wanted to learn who she is and why she has these elemental powers. This is the only way she could be fully at peace with herself and never fear herself again. Elsa's increased self-confidence and self-acceptance also make her far more powerful than before on a voluntary basis. Previously, she could only be this powerful involuntarily when her self-fear became extreme. Now she can control that same level of power.

I sometimes just put the soundtrack on in the background while doing housework, or listen to it if I'm just in the mood for Disney songs. Honestly "Show yourself" gets me EVERY TIME, you didn't show much of it in your reaction but the song still had me in tears lol. What an epic song! All the songs from Frozen and Frozen 2 are really good (or better), and there genuinely isn't a song I don't like. "The next right thing" is also great, and gets me emotional every time I hear it. "Let It Go", "Into The Unknown", and "Show yourself" are so impactful and I really enjoy listening to them, even though I tear up every time, especially when I listen to them together. I'm Pansexual, Disabled, and house bound, and for some reason I find all three of these songs really relatable, impactful and empowering. I don't know why but I relate so much with Elsa, more than I have with any Disney character since Ariel. It's wild to me that I can be so moved by someone singing and even just by reading the lyrics. Disney definitely got it right with these movies, and I hope we'll see Frozen 3 at some point :) Thanks again for the awesome reaction :) Have a good rest of your day everyone xx
There are quite a few people who feared that Anna would run right through Elsa when they were reunited, which would mean that Elsa is now only spirit, like a ghost. Of course, that isn't the case at all, but there was that moment of doubt for many.

Not true.
Anna froze too.

To clear up the confusion:
Ahtohallan was using their mothers distress call to summon Elsa so she could find out the truth behind their ancestry.
The little fire salamanders name is Bruni. He's definitely cuter than Pascal, but I think Pascal has so much more personality.
