Don Chava Baked Potato - Puerto Vallarta 🇲🇽

Here is my take on the famous Don Chava potato that we always get when we are in Puerto Vallarta
Ingredients:
3 lbs potatoes
6 oz Oaxaca cheese (grated)
6 T melted butter
1 white onion
1 bunch cilantro
Garlic salt
Salt & Pepper
