    The Phrygian Dominant Scale is the fifth mode of the harmonic minor scale. In C, it consists of the notes C, D♭, E, F, G, A♭, B♭, the same notes as an F harmonic minor scale, but rooted on C. It is the same the Phrygian mode, but with a major 3rd instead of a minor 3rd.
    The numeric scale degrees (relative to a major scale) are: 1, ♭2, 3, 4, 5, ♭6, ♭7
