they should've added a sniper garand as well for the Americans
The scope was found on more mp44 rifles than fg42 rifles
Or just give it a higher damage, it’s firing the same 8mm round as all the other German rifles.
@@nathanielhill423 well that’s too but it’s just historically inaccurate. That’s my main complaint. The FG42 with a 10 round mag was basically never fielded from the research and images I’ve seen. It was never intended on being a DMR… its intended purpose was to combine the MG34 and a the G41/ a semi auto rifle into a man portable and usable weapon. If he wanted to dump suppressing fire it was capable of that or capable of being a self loading semi auto rifle. But wasn’t intended to be a DMR. HLL just said fuck history and let’s make a fantasy weapon 🤣
fg42 kills in this game are so satisfying to watch

Yess! I loved the old campaigns of cod. Even tho the graphics were not that good it really felt like you are in war.
The fact no one spotted you up there at the start of the video, for so long is insane.
I tried this game but running for 5 -10 mins just to constantly get 1 tapped from who knows where just wasn't fun at all.
That and the controls on Xbox are weird as f, game looks cool though.
I feel like the learning curve of this game is more intense than anything else I’ve ever played. I’m slowly improving and got about 8 kills today. I usually die immediately or I don’t see any action at all lol.
It takes time, you'll get there eventually. I haven't played for over 9 months and just started playing again like 1,5/2 weeks ago. I still remember everything but my aim is still off, lol
I want an stg 44 with a scope. That would be the best sniper

The zoom always felt wrong on this, it should be 4x, but feels more like 2x in practice.
I wish in Hll they would add single shot mode on the BAR and Stg 44
The American BAR’s didn’t have a single shot setting. If I remember correctly, the foreign built versions did though.
@@ianbabcock6802the americans used two versions, one with select fire and one without.
Just tap the trigger lightly with each gun wtf? I use them both as a DMR from distance.
@@GreenNugz4 I’ve got semi auto on the BAR and STG down but I can’t get it on FG to save my life. The AR FG42 is the most disappointing gun in the game.
I wish they would add a bipod to the BAR

It bugs me so bad that they used the FG42 as a sniper. They were almost non existing…..why couldn’t have they used the German g43 as a sniper variant?! 😢
That clip on the FG seems a little too small for ya'.....LOL
It’s good for closer gunfights but to many 2 shot kills at greater distance.
Wouldn't be so bad if a hit reduced running speed or something but the way you can just spring away after taking a body shot is... annoying
if only there was a scoped G43 at lvl 6
it would honestly be good to do that at least on the soviet maps seeing as they get the svt with scope then at least both sides have a semi auto sniper that's a one shot kill up to like 300 meters
@@mika012300 exactly. The FG is still balanced against the SVT in my opinion due to how the FG is the fastest firing semi auto in the game, you can actually trigger finger it which makes it so much more deadly in close range. I've been able to hip fire mutiple dudes in a row easily

Does anyone genuinely like the "hit" sound and blood splatter they added a while back? I have never been a fan and it's just so noticeable when sniping that it seems out of place.
So I know it doesn’t pertain to this video but I love that they added the peadot camo but it does bug me they made it a helmet cover it was never made in a helmet cover during the war. Also they need to add better splinter camo the “eastern”camo is suppose to be splinter camo but it isn’t close in my opinion same with the smocks they have the German camo in the game isn’t as good as it could be in my opinion. Sorry about the “Autism” rant

I believe semi auto snipers only one shot kill above the knees up to 100meters. (Maybe 150?)

Its a great gun but the fact its takes two hits after 100m or whatever it is is stupid cause its the same round as the KA98 which is one shot out to most usable distances.
yeah that annoys me too. I usually play with out scope and use it the same way I use the stg
