      My knife is a Vitry Fres Paris - France. Unfortunately I think they no longer produce this type of knife. I have two, but I also use other knives for processing. In total I have 8 knives that I alternate. But the best remains the Vitry! Thanks for your comment I hope I have been helpful. Hi!
