Could someone please explain what the reference to this room that had the drum set,what is the deal on if this room is used or has electricity? if it had stairs?What is all this over?
@@reneestanbery7103a witness said that Chad told different stories about Tammy's death at her funeral. The witness said Chad stated Tammy came upstairs to tell Chad she was going to bed in one version. Prior, Chad's attorney, claimed the house was only one story. But there's an addition to the house with a loft. (Peoplr said Chad slept there sometimes) The prosecution made a point of asking another witness about the addition with the loft and they confirmed it. Then Prior was insinuating the addition and loft has no electricity, heat or other utilities. It does. It has electricity and a half bath with water. Prior owns that property, Chad gave it to him as payment. So, it's like Prior is trying to undermine that original witness that mentioned Tammy coming upstairs, by saying no one would be upstairs. Since Prior owns it, it makes him look very dishonest.
Heather Daybell is such a good witness. She is clearly intelligent, discerning, free thinking and totally “of the light” thank you 🙏🏻

I would say the correct term for Heather would be whistleblower - she was warning everyone a speeding train was on route to destruction. Those who ignored her warnings and took her sincerity for “pot-stirring” interference have some blood on their hands.

Whatever the name of Lyndsey Blake and Rob Wood’s fellow prosecutor is Wigson, Rickson, Wigsham?.he is crap. Wood is absolutely lack lustre in this trial, no dynamism, but the other guy makes too many leading statements or asks too many questions which raise objections from the defence which are sustained. Let LB represent the state alone. She is the smartest cookie on that team. They are making hard work of this trial.
Miss Blake is the best. It’s too bad she can’t do all the questioning. Heather Daybell should have been pissed that Mr Wicksham (?) couldn’t even remember her name ONE time. Also, the states stratedgy and the way theyve organised their witnesses is strange to me. Weve heard SO much about Tammy and very little regarding the kids, and the state has jumped all over. Its making me mad. If you could replay loris trial on a monitor for the jury, Chad would be a goner. Unfortunately, we're letting Prior put on his clown show while the state tries to figure out exhibit numbers.

It's sickening to listen to prior call Chad a kind person and giggle with his mom about what a great guy he is. I know he's doing his job, but I've seen lawyers "do their jobs" without all of the gross theatrical nonsense prior has done. I think Prior truly believes Chad is innocent. There is no other explanation unless he's just that tone deaf.
Prior is now in Chad’s web. As a prisoner he gets to have contact and will. Purchasing the haunted house gives no other explanation. How much is the earth hiding?
Prior knows he's beating a dead horse. This case is a slam dunk guilty verdict.

I'm sure we can all clearly recall exactly where we were when the news first broke of the devastating Salt Lake City earthquake of 2015. The city collapsed into the lake, and untold millions of unsuspecting victims perished. Soon after, a ragtag group of survivors, primarily followers of the guru CHAD DAYBELL, began the year-long exodus to the welcoming area of Rexburg, Idaho, where CHAD DAYBELL was waiting with open arms, to set up the pilgrims in safety. Thank god for Chad Daybell, for it's he who is solely responsible for establishing this garden of Eden for his weary followers. Yet there is a group of naysayers today, who speak as though Chad is just some loser centerpiece in a nationwide trial, and facing the death penalty for murdering an innocent woman and children.
Julie and Chad kept giving different reasons it wasn't happening and different dates. Julie is still, all these years later, saying it will happen and giving excuses for why her dates are always wrong.

Regardless of any visions he had being true, he had 2 kids buried in his back yard! Kids that they simply could’ve sent to their grand parents If they were “dark” 🙄 yet some will look over these horrific acts bc he helped ppl after an earthquake 🤦🏾♀️
We're not even half way into this trial and Judge Boyce is so done with Prior! His constant talking over the witness & cutting them off, not speaking into the mike, being unprepared, rude and ignorant. Ugh I can't stand him!

So Tammys life insurance was upped to 80K but Chads life insurance only upped to 20K. So Chad obviously was not worried about Tammy’s protection should he die, because he knew she would die first.

The state attorney really screwed the pooch questioning Heather Daybell. Esp at the end when his question was objected to and sustained THREE TIMES in a row. Also, attorney Wicksham, tell your witness to LISTEN better.

When my mother died in 2013, we were automatically given 10 death certificates by the mortuary as part of the arrangements for her. I thought then it was a lot, but every utility company, credit card company, bank, rental management company, and then some, ALL wanted one to close her accounts. Heck, even Facebook wanted one!!!!! Considering the cost for them if you got them afterwards was near $50 EACH, it was a good thing we had 10. We only had one left over for family records!
Ffs. Years to get ready for this trial and they still can’t get the numbering of their exhibits right. Is this the best the state can offer?

Nobody laid the foundation on the stupid email that Heather sent. Am I the only one that doesn’t understand that part? Nonetheless, it made me dislike Chad for no reason at all. He seemed to be the one that wanted this out there. Maybe this email bothered him and his ego, but the testimony confused me and made me not like him more.
So at least twice now Chad has WRONGLY predicted the end of the world.

I hate hearing Laurie on the audio Sounds like a whiner I had to raise my kids And she got $1 million and she’s fighting me for JJ It was in his will (Chris) that his sister gets JJ Newsflash Laurie All five kids were not chris the only one related to Chris was JJ who was his nephew that he adopted. In conclusion, it was not Chris’s responsibility to raise your kids instead you crying in your beer because She had to take care of her kids.
