Did my first dial session this morning. It was brutal. No leads 73 calls. 10 contacts 💀
That’s not bad. Keep doing it though. It’s a volume game.
Keep at it, each person that didn’t pick up or said no made you money in the long run
That's an awesome 14% contact rate. What dialer are you using? We're using mojo and our contact rate is 1% or less

I love this! Man I wish I could hop on a call with you! I have been a realtor 2.5 years. I closed 50 units $8.4 million my 1st yr. This past yr I closed 74 I think at $9.4 million, I started my own team and within the last month I opened 2 brick and mortar location for my new brokerage One Vision Realty. It’s insane how far you can go in such little time when it’s what drives you!
What did you do to start getting leads? Door knock?

What is different with Canadian real estate vs US real estate laws?
Privacy protection for phone numbers. Pulling home registration information such as name also costs $11 CAD
Also are you going into the listing with a hard copy of the listing agreement or digital in a laptop or iPad?
If I'm doing the math right, 100 expired listings pursued results in 4.5 listing signed. Correct?
100 expireds, 80 conversations, 34 leads, 8 appointments set, 6 appointments met, 4.5 listings signed.

He calls them twice, texts them and then door knocks before 3pm then at 3pm he calls again?
He calls first, if there is no answer he then texts them, and later in the day if no text back he knocks on their door.
