- I've been in China for 16 years, and I've never cooked a Chinese meal for Bobu and Han Meimei... UNTIL NOW! Only problem is, I love eating Chinese food, but I'm not great at cooking it.
It all starts with a visit to the local Chinese supermarket in my hometown in the UK. And unfortunately, everything goes downhill from here. You'll enjoy it!

As I ate before, crab meat was slightly stir fried by egg white only, as crab meat is white. Lastly, a raw egg with yolk was put on the dish and then mixed before eating. But not everyone likes to eat raw egg, so yours would be an option.

下次应该试试把速冻饺子用生煎做法煎着吃,临出锅倒一碗蛋液进去,蛋熟了撒上葱花黑芝麻,天啊,美美大吃一顿!立刻忘记这是速冻食物!本懒人开火最爱做的一顿敷衍但是好吃饭!

I have never seen potstickers cooked this way-definitely original to me. The most common kind is that you only brown the bottom of the dumplings while the rest remain soft because it's cooked in boiling water. I am sure you have had those in China. This way, most part of the dumpling is not too dry. I also don't remember seeing scrambled eggs cooked with vinegar. But all looks like a success!

I've heard about the egg made crab thingy, whatever, but never seen it around here nor ever tried to make it. Did it really look and taste like crab??
Didn't look like it when I made it. But tasted similar. People who can actually cook make it look exactly like crab roe, and tastes exactly the same.

@@TravelinChina next time try egg whites only and add some black vinegar after cooking, it'll be a lot more airy without the yolk and the vinegar taste will be a little more sharp and pronounced. and you can line the plate with some blanched broccoli florettes.
