What people often forget is that you are also operating toward truck ownership.......No credit check, frequent truck inspections, the option to purchase your truck, there are so many factors that makes this make sense. Think of people that may not have a perfect credit score but desire a new lease on life. It is okay and it gets your foot in the door toward ownership with an option to go elsewhere with the truck after one year to make even more money. so as we look at this we must look deeper than the surface. I honestly love being an O/O with Swift. I feel great knowing I have a Badass truck and the freedom as an Owner to do as I desire.....It is just a great feeling. Great Video Trucker Doc. This is "Coldsteel" out of Phoenix.
What freedom? Once that truck payment kicks in, you not be turning down loads 😂
That’s horrible .. And it’s before truck payment and taxes 🤦🏻♂️
💥💥💥KEEP PUSHING 💥💥💥
Slow down.. 7.3 mpg is eating your money. 60mph 8.5mpg
Sometimes you need to walk away from a negative situation
I did
That’s horrible, that’s no money. Not to mention when you do taxes. 😫
Just reserved a 19 t680 256kmiles mrp program should be flying out to Memphis on Wednesday for road test and contract signing.
I’m right behind you bro good luck !
Thank you but bruh I don't think thats good because thats under $1000 a week when they start taking out ur truck note...thrs no room for error or mechanical issues at all. This is what puts oo out of business...
So when you pay the truck and your taxes whomuch you will get?
Them numbers not adding up bro… something is off.
Minus truck note and taxes you will be broke bro. But good luck and Besafe
POINTS FOR SPEEDING, I THOUGHT THOSE TRUCKS WERE GOVENERED ?
So after truck payment and maintenance about 800
Yes which is why i left I’ll be dropping some settlement videos at new company soon
Bruh you gotta leave that.
Do you get medical and other benefits?
Not as an Independent Contractor
Do not use swift insurance they are expensive.
$1500 net n ur truck payment hasn’t came out yet? I’m thinking hard about doin da MRP LEASE with Swift!!
It’s not a bad lease just be prepared for a truck with at least 400,000 miles on it but they do cover 80% of major repairs and your B services are completely covered under it
@@TruckerDocok. Guy told me I can get a 2020 KW T680.
@@HTS_LLC yeah
@@TruckerDoc what’s ur hometime? I’m from NC, rite along I-95
@@HTS_LLC you can go home as much as u can afford too as a O/O there no hometime just tell them u wanna go home ur I typically stay out 6 weeks
How much is your truck payment if you don't mind me asking
$690 a week
@@TruckerDoc ok thank you sir I am starting with swift in January for my refreshing course and looking to do a lease after I am able to so hopefully within a few months
@@tonywilliams7 good luck man here if you have any questions or anything
wow that is way cheaper than Schneider @@TruckerDoc
Hi bro! How much do u make weekly working as a lease operater for swift if u don't mind telling?
Your getting screwed. You make what a company driver makes. Maybe a little less and your responsible for repairs. They bent you over backwards
I also drive less than what a company driver would have to drive in order to make the same amount. I’m happy where I’m at. It’s the reason I came back to Swift.
You're in need of a business class in trucking
😅looks like sad puppy. He knows those numbers are horrible.... how long have you been driving,? Get out of s
3 years
Man, I saw a guy at a terminal had a swift lease op 1 million mile jacket on.
He told me he was there at the terminal because after 10 years as a lease op, they were starving him on loads and miles so he turned his truck in and was getting a company truck, becoming company driver.
This was about a month ago. So look out.
Ik im late but company is where its at rn no lie once u get with a good company it's over
