  • With local businesses facing a shortage of skilled tech workers, the Victorian Government’s Digital Jobs program is building the state’s digital workforce by training and upskilling mid-career Victorians so they can transition into digital careers.
    Participants receive 12 weeks of intensive, free training in industry-backed digital courses and the opportunity to apply for a paid 12-week work placement with businesses looking to fast-track recruitment for their digital roles.
    With newly acquired digital skills, demonstrated aptitude, and transferable skills from their previous careers our participants can make a valuable and immediate contribution to Victorian businesses.
    Employers win too, receiving a $5,000 wage subsidy for each 12-week work placement or entry level job offered to a program participant.
