@@The_Post-It-Note T3 emasculated John Connor. It does not matter if the movie is entertaining or has some good parts, it's trash. It should not have been made, and it should have flopped in the cinemas.
the one thing I find interesting about this anime adaption is the talk about alternate timelines, if we think about it, every time Skynet sends a terminator into certain points in time, in order to try eliminate John Conner, or any of his allies from the past, and erasing them from his current time, in an effort to secure his existence in said current time out of fear of being erased from time, he unknowingly constantly creates alternate timelines, Terminator Genesis is living proof of that.

The first movie was also more of a horror movie or thriller than an action movie, and Sarah became more of an action hero instead of a normal woman in extreme distress.
The anime has a lot of similar ideas as the Sarah Connor Chronicles. That dealt with alternate timelines, rewritten timelines, and time loops. It was setting up the idea of a time loop involving multiple timelines. That show also had multiple AI's being developed and they were trying to figure out which AI was going to become Skynet. It turned out one of the AI's they thought going to be Skynet was actually being developed by a rogue faction of self aware Terminators to counter Skynet. There was a subplot about Skynet sending Terminators back to help ensure it gets created and to prepare resources for the future war. It's also implied that Skynet was trying to send itself back into the past to save itself from being destroyed. They set up a lot of interesting ideas with the rogue Terminators. I'm a bit torn with Zero. It's good but it's far too predictable. I mean it's Project I.G.: the very company that made the Ghost In the Shell series. Terminator Zero feels more like a lost chapter of GITS. It even has their typical trope of some scientist bickering with his AI. It's funny that the Western Skynet in Zero can be reasoned with if given enough time but this new Asian AI throws pretty Asian imagery to justify its's genocidal intent. And my main problem with Zero is that it ended, this season at least, with the same plotline that nearly drove me away from anime just as I was trying to back into it again decades ago. In the mecha anime Linbarrel of Iron the commander of an alien invasion force defected to join the heroes...AFTER it decimated much of earth's military force. What are they going to do with his own expeditionary force, earth's remnant forces and the handful of hero mechs against his former masters' empire that span several dimensions? And in a similar vein the new AI in Terminator Zero finally understand human complexities and want to cooperate with humans...AFTER her robots subjugated Japan with force.
You actually think anything Netflix does is good? Do i need to remind of THE WITCHER???? The only one on that show that cared was Henry Cavil. Why the hell would i trust Netflix with anything?
Did it? The T-800 in this series could be kicked, punched and shoved by a human like it was nothing. Where did it store all those nails in it's arm? The skynet and kokoro story was great, the terminator parts were just plain stupid. The T-800 weighs 400 pounds around 200 kilos and he hang from Eiko's foot. He emptied 2 clips with a minigun on her. The terminator was just super weak and lame. How did it's red eyes glow up when he still had it's eyeballs and his eyes were like anime power surges. His metal skull looked like it's misshapen. A lot of this show made me wanted to switch it off. It was the storyline that made it okay to watch. I think it's really overrated.
No it didn't. In fact I think it was worse then the movies. I mean come on the Terminator missed hundreds of rounds for absolutely no reason. Main character has plot armor like crazy
Terminator Zero was boring and disappointing. While the robot acted like a robot, it lacked the dangerous, mission-driven edge that makes them compelling. The main character was dull, the other characters were boring, and the movie wasted time on useless arguments and irrelevant topics. Overall, it just didn’t deliver.
Thanks, I'm glad to hear that. I hate how they try to wiggle their way into anime. It seems to be a bit like Alien Romulus, but apparently even less entertaining. If they would really respect the fans then they would have made something based on the promising parts of Terminator SCC. And kept things more anime-like.
I'm honestly glad to hear that. I don't want them to succeed with this rotten franchise, and especially I don't want them to succeed with fake anime. It's obvious that they have to remake parts of the rotten franchises, create alternatives to what they did during the last 10 years or so. Consolidation moves with member berries on the other hand are not acceptable.

When Skynet needs to broker a truce with the humans to handle Kokoro, you know it might lead to the creation of Legion.
Do you have a job other than UA-cam? It just seems like you don’t upload very often.
I do. Life got in the way and there was a hiatus. But don't worry, we have much more videos on the way this time.
this good

Me too. There are only 2 good Terminator movies
At maximum, and the TV show.
It had the best game and very well made animai
lost me at saying it had a good output of good content. Beyond the first two movies the rest was shit.
Nah that’s dragon ball
"Come with me if you want to be bored to death"
Terminator 0
You actually think anything Netflix does is good? Do i need to remind of THE WITCHER???? The only one on that show that cared was Henry Cavil. Why the hell would i trust Netflix with anything?
..Stranger things?
Their adaption of Sandman and Love Death and Robots
Terminator 0...
0 entertainment.
0 story
0 intrest..
Couldn't make it past 3rd episode.
Zzzzzzzz snorefest
You can go somewhere else with your shit
Its mid tbh
A Terminator franchise without John Connor is a zombified franchise plain and simple.
I maybe could even live with that, but not with him being killed off or made irrelevant.
SpongeBob has his own anime series
If this is "saved", please let it stay DEAD.
Leave it to anime to save a franchise, just leave everything woke out of it.
It's garbage.
Jeez people are way to critical nowadays:\
@@Angurius_boiii Just consoome!!! Turn off your brain!!!
You clearly haven't watched the whole anime.
@@aabaqi So, I started watching it, and it is suddenly not "boring". Though some scenes could be more emotional.
terminator zero is garbage I give it 1/5
Why?
Cap
Removed john conner for DEI. Had a robot lecture us about gender identity... Woke shit. Woke shit is why is bad
What a crock of shit.
Lopez Patricia Jackson Richard Davis Ronald
It was boring and stupid
I'm honestly glad to hear that. I don't want them to succeed with this rotten franchise, and especially I don't want them to succeed with fake anime.
It's obvious that they have to remake parts of the rotten franchises, create alternatives to what they did during the last 10 years or so. Consolidation moves with member berries on the other hand are not acceptable.
@@NoidoDev Netflix: Why dont we hire actual fans? NAH IT"LL BE FINE
XD

I watched it. It wasn't great, but it's still really good. Though, I consider it to take place in another universe, otherwise it makes no sense how weak the T-800s are. Vivy is still better.
