You may have heard me say in recent videos that when I’ve been planning, I’ve accidentally overlooked some events in my calendar and taken on too much. I realised from this that my current planning system obviously wasn’t working. I wanted a visual forward planning method that could help me plan multiple projects whilst keeping a balanced life. Cue - the big calendars!
In this video, I show you my huge calendar wall and how I approach forward planning. Knowing how to use a wall calendar effectively is really helping me with planning ahead for a balanced life. As a business owner, I think this is a great tool for forward planning for small businesses but could also work for busy families alike. It’s really helped me think about my big picture planning, where I want my business to be, and what I need to be doing to get there. Let me know what you think!
