Please, when recording, turn off your ambient lighting. The image constantly changes color, and during frame transitions, the color sometimes changes dramatically, which is very distracting.
Razer and its authorized retailers put this model on clearance for $1500 recently so I'm guessing it's been officially discontinued. While still expensive, it's far more compelling than the original asking price.
Literally saying at the end you wish they upped the CPU to an i9 and GPU to higher 40 series when the laptop is clearly running at its max temps. This laptop is positioned as a slim portable yet with modest power. If you want higher power you get the bigger laptops that can deal with the higher wattages. Also 8gb VRAM as a limitation is truthful yet most competitors with 4070 are also at 8gb VRAM. The largest con is that the laptop is priced very high compared to zephyrus and other portable slim factor laptops. That and the 16:9 ratio
Can you do a comparison between this and the ZenBook 14 Pro? For context I'm looking for an all aluminum tank style thin laptop with dual SSD (I like to have 1TB for installs & 1TB for documents) and upgradeable up to 32GB ram with an RTX4070. The use would be primarily for Architectural 3D programs, rendering, Adobe suite and lite gaming with Steam.
The beg problem is the prise god whe have in iraq some used razer laptop with 2080 super and 3070 i dont know if with intel gn11 i dont know if they are good in 2023 or if they have problems
Which one would you recommend between blade 15(2023 i7 4070) and blade 16 (i9hx 4080) (use for architecture student) programs such as rhino, blender, maya, vray, enscape, twinmotion, all adobe , also for gaming🤣
16 is slightly thicker, slightly heavier but way more powerful... This year the leap between the 4070 and the 4080 is massive. Plus hx cpu's is much more powerful than h too, but because of this you need to make the laptop slightly beefier. I would definitely get the Blade 16! You might not need the extra power now but it's great for future proofing which I think is important when spending this much money. Also the Blade 16 has 16:10 screen compared to the 15 which still has a 16:9 screen.
@@sazza2270 its your best imo for portable use ofc a usb dac will do with gaming laptops, but it wont sound like apple, and more hassles, costs 1 usb port which might be valuable for you
I am really finding it difficult to decide between legion pro 7i and Alienware x16. Moreover, the 100% DCI-P3 screen option in the x16 costs $250 more. So, am a bit confused between the 100% sRGB and 100% DCI-P3 option. Please reccomend me a good option.
Not even close. Laptops have the advantage of larger screens, ability to do productivity and integrated mouse and keyboard that is essential for 80% of PC games such as simulation and strategy titles
If PC gaming handhelds provide a performance under 2000$ then gaming laptops will provide 10x faster performance than your handhelds with the same price tag. That's the fact. You need a big brain to understand the fact.
ive had mine for 2 years and have yet to have a problem. I also play heavy games on my base model razer blade 15. So idk what to tell you. I also love the build quality

why do you think this is the case, and do you think it’s worth it at the current price compared to competitors?
Great Video! I am thinking about getting the Version with the 4070... do you think its enough? Like for Helldivers 2 and so on?
Should be
really 100 is enough for most ears imo

The more powerful chips run much more performance in the same size chassis, and yeah, does cost a lot more too
I’m back to this video again because I just found that the new form factor of RB14 is thicker than RB15…Ridiculous

We use them for work. Works fine
That temps are obnoxious
hello there. is this laptop still worth it in 2025?
16 gb memory? But why???? We need 32 gb or even 64 gb! 😮✌🏽
You can upgrade it yourself for relatively cheap. About $150 for a 64GB upgrade

Why the cpu temps are always so high on razers laptops ?
Is the razer blade 15 of 2022 and 2023 version different in terms of design?

DCI -p3
depends on what you need it for if you need precise color on the screen dcip3 is better but if youre just gaming then srgb is just enough.
