This time, I assembled a oden stall and shot a video of making ramen.
It is a stall that has been loved by the locals.
It is open on Friday next to the stall ramen.Please check Facebook for store opening information.

以前に撮影した屋台ラーメン好(はお)の隣で金曜日に営業しております。
地元の人々に愛されているおでん屋台です。

I have the fondest memory of walking around Osaka on the freezing winter evening and coming across a little oden shop. Nothing better than a steaming bowl of oden in the dead of winter

In my travels of Japan you don’t see too many of these traditional trucks anymore at least not in Tokyo and Osaka. Maybe the smaller cities have them.
Probably because the city doesn't allow them to do business like this on the street anymore, since Tokyo and Osaka are both busy and dense cities.
Just my guess though.
They are fighting hard against the convenience stores because both selling oden.

小さい頃は大人になって働くようになったら
仕事帰りに屋台ラーメンや屋台おでんで一杯やって帰るのかな
とか想像してた
実際大人になったら時代の波で屋台そのものが希少になってしまった
バブリーな時代は求めていないけど
あの頃の環境は惜しかったなぁ、と思います
そもそも毎日飲んで帰るなんてとてもできない・・・
