2023 Health And Wellness Planner Update (And Setup)

Alright so I've already made a change to my 2023 Health and Wellness Planner. I realized that what I was planning to use and what I started to use (the Bushiman x Kokuyo PAL Planner) wasn't working for me and knew I had to pivot. I landed on a B6 Stalogy that I'm using in a sort of Commonplace Bujo style. In this video we'll chat about why I changed up my planner, how I was using the PAL planner, the setup (so far) in my Stalogy and how I plan to use it.

I have sleep disruptions with AuDHD, so I would need down to 4 hours. But what a cleaver little book! Glad I found you on UA-cam these past 3 weeks. I have my planners for next year. Maybe I will keep it in mind. Like always, I can gift those that I do not use.

May I ask what app you use to track your food?

So the app I’m using is provided by my nutrition program - Form. But there are some apps not connected to a program that do photo logging like Bitesnap, YouAte, See How You Eat, Enjoyable and some others.
