I've gone to DJ parties that are soooo much better than this, with the decorations made by the participants. Put up some lighting & flooring; pin the wall coverings; just fill it out more & add music. I'd say tickets should be more like £10, if that.
😳 Most importantly my heart feels so deeply for the woman who experienced grooming and then victimization. And Soooo…I’m 100% positive that my own secret hoarde of sweets and chocolate is waaaaay more magical than this. Such a missed opportunity! (PS - UK chocolate trounces US chocolate)
You'll get no argument from this American. They've been poisoning our food for decades😭 My heart goes out to any young person for having to experience disgusting individuals like that
Honestly though… for £35, I would just expect bread to feed ducks with 😂 we get what we pay for and then at 13 minutes in a ‘victim’ starts telling us that she willingly dated one of the actors at the event, and lived with him for a couple of years when she had of course passed the age of consent… This, we are to agree, without question, makes her the biggest victim ever. Would have been better if she had just come out and said ‘I dated someone I wish I hadn’t but lesson learned’. He isnt a groomer and he could sue her for suggesting that. I work with trauma victims, so just upsets me that the word victim is so easily used with no care. Real victims are hurting and it will take them a lifetime to recover, if ever they are that lucky. They are not to be confused with a lady who made a bad dating choice. Me Too movement has passed and secured eye rolls worldwide for real victims now. Job done. Now let us, those who deal with real broken victims pick up the pieces without silly people with bad dating choices making a joke of it.
I was recently going in a Black Eyed Peas throwback enjoying their music videos, and of course ended up watching Fergalicious by Fergie. That video was more Willy Wonka than anything I've ever seen. This theme is so easy to accomplish and I don't know how can you fail that.
I'm gonna be honest Robert, when I first heard of this I was 400% sure it was supposed to be bad on purpose. I've watched so many indie horror games gameplays that I thought that a company called "house of illuminati" could only be trying to recreate an unsettling horror/social experiment type of event in real life. But after hearing about how dodgy the organiser is.. unfortunately no. Just a scam 😂
All the spelling errors on that website gave it away that it was going to be horrible, but the reveal was PAST HORRIBLE 😂 I am sad people got scammed, but that whole thing was hilarious. When me and my brothers were young we would transform our bedrooms into ‘haunted mansions’ and we did 100% better and we were 8, lol!
Whyyyyy are there groomers attached to like EVERY drama. Just out of the blue 'oh yeah that willy was a nonce' Lovely. Just. Why? Why do some people do this shit? I feel for that girl, I was also groomed by a dude in his early 20s. How is this shit allowed to happen?
See, there's no way I'd have paid money to anybody who couldn’t be bothered with making sure all the wording on their website was actual words. If they aren't even paying attention to those details, they're not going to pay attention to the details of the "experience." Maybe for some $10 carnival, that wouldn't matter, but for a $45 per person event? Hell no. It matters.
That last part where the underage girl got kicked out of drama school because her teacher was illegally and inappropriately having an intimate relationship with her???? Freaking lawsuit waiting to happen in the US. Charges should have been brought.
This is event scammer 101, hire actors and don't tell them or show them anything until hours before, hold the event for 2 days to sell more ticket (but don't need to do day 2 cos its shit) hire the bare minimum dressings, take their money and run, and don't pay anyone, close the business. In 2 months, create a new one. It's gross because it is almost always a kids event because the kids being present minimises the level of rage on the day (so as not to scare the kids) and to rob hard working families of their hard earned cash. I don't have kids (nor do I want any) but I would kick the fuck off, I'd be taking shit with me, that fun wonka bar would be in my garden.
What if this turns out to be a p.r. stunt and they "re-do" the wonka experience and it turns out to be amazing bc this was so bad intentionally.... Probably wishful thinking tho lol
So for Lunar New Year, the Markham Mueseum (Markham, Ontario, Canada) did this really awesome outdoor, walk-through light up art installation, and it was so good - the pieces were beautiful, and it was about $30 - definitely worth it. This Wonka event is horrendous 😂
Not to mention the legal ramifications of those people using copyrighted characters, if they were to do that with Disney they'd have a huge lawsuit on their hands. Not sure if the Roald Dahl books are in public domain or if someone has taken over the legal estate

Like everyone else is completely confused about the situation and there's some dood in the corner standing there having the best experience of their life.
The depressed oompa loompa is taking me outtt lmao
The Oompa Loompa actress, Kirsty Paterson, is now on Cameo. I'm proud of you girl 💅
No matter what the theme of the vídeo is, Robert ALWAYS makes everything funny. I could listen to him all week without being tired. 😂💜💜
It's the kiddies' Fyre Festival...
Didn't anyone notice the ridiculous grammar on the website before buying a ticket?
I'm from NZ and the British pound is worth double the NZ dollar so when I think about paying like $60-70 for this experience I get mad 😂
Right!?
Horrifying
This is my first time hearing about this story, but I have to admit that I find it very hilarious😂 it’s terrible for the people who were victims to this trickery, but hilarious, nonetheless, especially the unknown😂😂 I do have to say, that I do find it a bit strange that the website did not make the ticket buyers suspicious to say the least, especially with all of the mistakes and everything. I mean, will never really know what made them look beyond that, but this is a great cover, and I appreciate your compelling journalism!😊
I feel like people probably thought all the errors were purposeful and meant to be whimsical to go with the Willy Wonka theme.
As a Glaswegian we’re are mortified and raging about this! That guy better hope no one recognises him, setting up witness protection might be a better project for him to work on 😂😏. Xx
Willy’s Chocolate Experience sounds like a strip club
The unknown...what in the Dr. Who? Does anybody have a direct line to the doctor?
Fr tho
Robert tbh this is the first time I've ever heard of the whole thing people had every right to be mad it left the children disappointed and upset xx
Absolutely! It was awful!
I feel terrible for the girl at the end. I was in a similar relationship with my old boss years and years ago. My heart breaks for her.
I’m so sorry that happened to you. Lots of love💜
@@BalletifiedNo, but the least we can do for her years of grooming is call him out on a platform when there’s an opportunity.
yknow whats worse… no one will care because age of consent is 16 regardless of the teacher student dynamic people will try to justify. my groomer was not a teacher but got away with it. morally its still wrong even if legal. he is a groomer fs
@@Balletifiedno but it raises awareness about a more important issue. lets be real. the wonka thing isn’t as serious as grooming..
@@Balletifiedexcept that an actor working with children has previously groomed one...
For $100 a farmily I experct more from Chocolarte Willy's meth Lab 🖤now I fear the unknorwn ,noooor 🖤lol what a ridiculous cash grab
They basically went into a big hall, and had a sip of lemonade and a jelly bean and walked around some props.. 😩
@@Robert_Reacts ugh,it's just so pathetic, kiddie play areas in a nearly abandoned strip mall are more thoroughly put together than that "experience ' 🖤
“The unknown” gagged me lmfaooooo!
If it was actually "a paradise of sweet teats", they can have my money
Okay, dammit, they kicked HER out of school? wtf. She should sue that school, straight up.
I hope some kind of scam charges result for the nut job that did this🙄 Obviously he will have his literal pants sued off of him.
I’m going to say the American thing 😂 I am about half Scots descent-if I watch Scottish tv, my family goes by on camera, lol. The girl from the bad school is a ringer for my cousin. And if the attitude that runs through that half of my family is a taste of true Scots? Dude is in for a ride.😂
When I first saw the description-I think on Markie-I thought it would be some cheap rides, folks dressed up, the usual snack trucks-what you expect at that price level. But….I have seen a third grade play put on better than this mess!
If the Ace family out does you on an event? (And that was a scam, too). You need help.✌️♥️
ONE jellybean?! 🤨 The lemonade was probably from a powdered mix too, I mean, let’s be real. This is one of the biggest crocks of shite ever!! The set looked stupid af, and this AI generated crap is just horrible, I’m so sick of the AI nonsense. 🙄 There’s nothing intelligent about it.
It’s so half-assed I would think it was a prank if money wasn’t involved. I can’t get over the single jelly bean.
How come no one is pointing out the additional problem of them hiring an alleged child groomer to play willy wonka???
The guy who "organised" this is just a straight up scam artist, he's not the sharpest pin in the box and seems to think that AI can do everything. He's got loads of books on Amazon that are all AI generated. He also used to run a food bank that possibly embezzled lots of stuff. Not a nice guy.
There will be a movie next about the glasgow scam tickets will be 80 dollars a head 😅😅😅😅
Hope that one dude doesn’t end up getting famous after this. Glad his ex-girlfriend called him out. Glad social media is being used more to call out these predators.
“I could do better in my own f’ing kitchen”😭😂
I've gone to DJ parties that are soooo much better than this, with the decorations made by the participants. Put up some lighting & flooring; pin the wall coverings; just fill it out more & add music. I'd say tickets should be more like £10, if that.
😳
Most importantly my heart feels so deeply for the woman who experienced grooming and then victimization.
And Soooo…I’m 100% positive that my own secret hoarde of sweets and chocolate is waaaaay more magical than this.
Such a missed opportunity!
(PS - UK chocolate trounces US chocolate)
You'll get no argument from this American. They've been poisoning our food for decades😭
My heart goes out to any young person for having to experience disgusting individuals like that
US chocolate contains a preservative that is found in vomit. And British people can taste it
The unknown is a legend, lol
Not me, a full grown adult, giggling every time he says "The Willy Experience". *deep breaths* I am a mature adult. I am a matureeeee aduultt.
New subscriber here hi Robert ❤I'm enjoying ur new channel😁
It's so embarrassingly bad but it makes me proud to be Glasweigan 😂😂
Ok he grooms her, and SHE gets kicked out? WTF?
"the willy experience" I know that's right 😂😂😂😂 that's a whole willy of an experience, a proper piss take
Temu presents... the Willy Wonka experience 😂
A world of pure imagnation
The Unknown is the most hilarious thing I've ever seen
The way the world is now they'll most likely have this guy as trumps special guest to get the US Freedom Medal !
Lol, I saw a Stanley. You kept your word 😆
I did!! 😂 it’s the only one I will own! I refuse to line up for limited editions!
you have a react channel too??? I love it!
"Old London, when everyone had the plague" I don't know why but the way you said this landed me in about a 5 minute long giggle fit.
"A PASADISE OF SWEET TEATS" 😭😭😭😭
AND …. Entemcnent
Its the "sweet teats" that got me 🤣🤣
There's wasn't even any teats! Sweet or not!
The thumbnail 😭♥️ omg I looove you and your videos out of everyone reacting to this and providing commentary..yours is definitely my favorite 💕💖
Imagine you’re going on a vacation to this place and instead you get depression
Oh please, that girl is weird for posting that
I'm sorry, but who bought these tickets after "reading" this website?! I'm not victim-blaming, but that's a red flag!!
Whyyyyy are there groomers attached to like EVERY drama. Just out of the blue 'oh yeah that willy was a nonce'
Lovely. Just.
Hell no. It matters.
I can’t help but laugh😂😂😂😂😂😂 omg I’m so sorry for the poor disappointed kids! A single jelly bean?
You missed out the whole part of the story where the guy behind this is a serial scammer!
I would have been so pissed that I didn't get those sweet teats. 1/2 of a Jackie.
My closed captions said the “infamous meth lab where children get one single jelly bean”
Why am I dying
No event is complete without catgacating, live perfonmances, cartchy tuns, exarerdy lollipops and a pasadise of sweet teats.
