Quay = pronounced 'key'
Omg thank you, It bugged me so much aye
I know right 🥴 pronounce it “key” all my life I was like “kweh”? Is there a duck?
I like kway better
Sure the AI/Voice Narrator can tell that.
Sydney has become like a mini New York city.
I hope sifc can make its mark
With only half the population it's pretty impressive. I just wish it had like a mini Times Square
melbourne exists
@@hipixstudio yeah fr melbourne looks way more like New York than sydney
@@Calmforceproductions nah Melbourne looks like trash...none of its buildings look great and the skyline is forgettable to be honest. Melbourne isn't close to being iconic 😅
LMAO Kway...it's KEY. I dunno if the narrator is a robot or a real human.
Seriously,at least get some recent footage of the skyline.
Quay is pronounced the same as key.
The “kway” quarter at Circular “Kway”, huh?
Mispronunciations here really grate. As noted before ‘Quay’ is ‘key’ not ‘kway’. And Castlereagh’ is ‘carsell ray’
It's not his fault that the pronunciation here doesn't make sense
I’ll be happy to see the old towels, knockdown
It will be interesting to see this transformation. Hope next time I'm in Sydney we'll see big changes. Too much of the prime real estate around the CBD is way underdeveloped with scrappy little two or three storey heaps of junk of dubious if any historic value. Still, I'm not all in favour of de-personalizing giant buildings. Human-scaled developments of 5-7 stories at street fronts much better; although I did see some of this in a couple of the schemes. Better to dense-up the outer CBC ring at this level and improve rapid transit and traffic flows, then to really disperse the city to multi-centres and develop regional centres by commercial incentives and development of rural infrastructure, IMO.
The only thing in short supply will be sunlight on the streets between al the tall buildings, winters will be brutal.
I always avoid direct sunlight. Never mind that it gives you cancer - it's so glaring in Australia and hurts my eyes looking anywhere in the direction of the sun
Hundreds of apartments in the three towers in Barangaroo. Great but is there really a market for these, undoubtedly, expensive flats?
"Circular Quay ". Pffft You sound like someone from West Sydney!
4:15 it’s pronounced “Key” not Kuway
Will these buildings over take the sydney tower eye?
Castlereagh = pronounced Ray instead of ree! Just saying
quay is pronounced key
Dear Sydney Rich Daily. Quay is pronounced Key, not Quay!
Why do you bother, It's an AI robot.
Concrete jungle ugly !
why they building the twin towers
Not for moi.
Circular kw-ay 🤣🤣🤣
F
And quay is pronounced 'key' - so frustrating hearing tube narrators failing english 101...
most of these havent been approved for construction and unlikely to
Incorrect, most have already began construction, and darling harbour is scheduled for demolition next month
Incorrect.. one or two have finished and most are underway …
Melbourne has a better skyline.
