ITS GROUND CLEARANCE IS 171mm as told. also i took it from chandigarh to EAST UP. it was 1200 kms in one go. believe me ride was so smooth. you cannot feel tired but only bored especially after using cruise. also drrove from over bandh to broken roads to pulia, with four adults and one child and full loaded boot, still wonderful, just marvellous.
All are saying it is 165 mm, is it 170 or 165? please confirm.

actually some dealer provides 175 bridgestone profile tyre....while some 185 profle mrf

Only problem which I complained is Road noise at High speeds. I think insulation should been a bit better. Otherwise, hassle free car. Both HeV and NA ones.
I bought city 2023 model, I took decision when everyone was recommending SUVs. I took test drive of almost all the brands but when I drove city I was fallen in love with it and with no time I decided to go with city. The only thing I was bothered was with its ground clearance but when I started driving even in villages it never disappointed, I drove it on very bad roads and what I learnt is it depend on how you drive, with careful drive you can easily pass bad roads too.
In terms of its mileage, in city it gives around 16-18 easily and on highway it gives 22+, what else anyone expect from such luxurious car.
And yes addiction point is true, once you drive it you will get to know.
Make your wise decision.

Initially I was confused in between slavia and City but went ahead with city due to its time tested reliability and I'm very happy about my decision.
Comfort is next level, I've recently driven it Pune to kota 950kms in a single day, it was fun.
Looks wise also, its a beauty.

@@amandeepsingh-zm4ct I get 10-11 usually in city traffic with AC on. And on the highway, samruddhi mahamarga Sinnar to Nagpur, it's at least 17 every time I measure.
Just because of ground clearance , went for elevate...otherwise it was always dream car..
I hope they upgrade the amaze soon and they give a digital instrument cluster in all models

Bro mere car ka mrf tyre cut hua lekin Honda replacement nahi de raha hai. MRF ne warranty claim reject kiya ye reason se.

But few roads here are very bad. It additionally has wrongly created *speed breakers* 165mm surely creates problems. If it's at leastv180mm, it's sales figures will rise high.

For 9-10 lakh, you really can't get anything better than Honda Amaze VX Petrol Manual. 170mm is more than enough. Amaze will give you premium feel.
Other cars you can consider : Negotiate with Tata motors showroom and get Nexon 2nd base model Smart plus at 10 Lakh or a little more than that.
Nexon is far superior than Amaze in every aspect. You will thank me later for this advice 🎉

Jabardast car. Driving from 2 years, done 61k kms. City, rural and long drives. Its best. Previous cars in 25 years were dezire, verna....but city is best.
I am having City since 2012- 1.80 lakh driven - I have updated the tyre to 185/60 for 15 inch - it have improved my ground clearance to almost 170 - which is sufficient for My Use - I am very happy with this car - will replace my present model to new City only .

Ye gaadi Bombay ke main highway ke speed breaker pe full load pe lag jaati hai speed breaker pe...gaadi kamaal ki achi hai but humare road third class hai even in main cities. Isko highway to highway smooth road par enjoy kar sakte hai. Ground clearance is a big big disadvantage with honda city.

Honda City is an all time classic car...... it's comfortable, drive is plush, powerful iVtec engine, decent mileage, clutch gear combo is smooth like butter, reliability with low maintenance cost, looks are classy though sporty too. What else you could wish for??

On point we are customers of city from Gen 1 back in 2000’s but the quality of materials in some areas from 2000’s has gone down definitely it’s a fact nobody can’t deny and it’s a very light car from the start yet very safe tho Honda’s Magic guys my biggest problem with this car is the high speed stability above 120 isn’t fabulous I mean reassuring brakes are very good surefooted but Road Hugging feel you get in Škoda’s is just not present due to soft suspension and overall lightness and Comfort oriented tune overall imho City is still the overall best package/VFM sedan Money can buy under 25 lakhs that can stands tough to the test of time Once you own a City you would never like to switch to another that is City for you Guys

@@satyam4961 i have changed 185/55/R16 Bridgestone Ecopia Ep150 to 205/55/R16 michelin pilot sport 4 on our Honda City Ehev (hybrid) with 3% + deviation unser 500 km of ownership tried lowering tyre pressure and tried getting used to for 30k km(30,000 km) still I'm not that happy so its presently being used my dad i switched back to my 2014 Skoda Octavia 2.0 TDI driven 2,90,000 km now planning to replace it with Jeep Compass/Meridian 2.0 MJD or Kodiaq 2.0 TSI Mostly Jeep For Diesel I'm not at all questioning the safety I'm sure its a safe car but that rock solid planted drive is simply not there but I'm still saying City is a very Balanced appeal to all kind off a car hope I'm able to make it clear

Elevate mein b yehi sab khubiya hai, especially suspension aur steering feedback department mein? Mere parents old age k hai, mujhe next SUV hee leni hai. Honda engineering and space management ka fan hu main.

A better automatic option, NVH package and some modern features like ventilated seats and bigger touchscreen are missing. Otherwise it's a great buy. Especially manual V variant is a huge value for money.

@@ManAndMotor yes sir, there’s signal at every 500m on my daily route and vehicles are always impatient especially 3 wheelers and buses jisse 4 wheelers smoothly move nahi kar pate and gadi 3rd gear ke upar nahi chalti, B2B traffic keh sakte hai most of the time.
We’ve another route also, there our City delivers around 10-12 which is acceptable but it’s 7-8 kms extra. Our minimum running is 55-60 kms daily in city.

I have Honda Jazz which is also a fun to drive on long routes. Though 11 years old, it has all bells and whistles that are really required.
For example it has ‘lights ON buzzer’ which popular brands have now started giving and also highlighting in their specifications list 😂

Superb car i purchased Nov 30 2023 VX CVT . Highway milage 21 on planes and on hills 14-15 . As far as I know honda claims 19 .
Ground clearance - I drove it Garhwal and Kumaun bit of off road as well no issues .
City drive milage 12-13 bumper to bumper
Noida to GGN 16 -17
6 months full satisfaction.
Cons - no sun glass holder
Carrying water bottle at front seat is challenge no sufficient space
Turbo in Petrol engine make life span of engine shorter and feel of engine is like using protection 😜

Getting good condition WagonR cng dec 2021 odo 40000 for 5 lakh(with showroom fittings of central lock, power window and good quality audio system)

I would recommend you to go for Honda Amaze no nonsense car reliable , safe , comfortable and lots of boot space. Dont even look at Suzuki trust me their line up is pathetic either go for amaze , tiago or altroz.
