Reason could be ameer bigre bache and big carpet roads . Dha is more like a separate city rather than a colony
Thays a reason i preffer small decent well managed, square boundaried colonies, not like some colonies who got full fkin tracks type roads on them, where stupid people come from outside and rev their engines to top. Dha also becomes a mess on special occasions such as eids or independence day
May Abdul Hadi soul rest in peace my humble request to you sir that kindly follow up whole case till fair justice because this is not first time in Pakistan but at least our efforts make this case last.

A vehicle is also considered a deadly weapon under the law because it can be used to physically injure or kill someone.
