Robotic Cell Installation | ABAGY ROBOTIC WELDING

Here is a video from the production site of our new customer. In this robotic cell, a Yaskawa Robot on a Track has been installed. There are 3 Work Zones:
- 1-axis Positioner
- 1-axis Positioner with a Table
- Welding Table
In this video, you can see how the auger is welded.
Pro-Dig - a multinational manufacturer of drilling equipment and tooling - has its roots dating back to the early 1970s in Devon, England. The company extended its presence to the USA in 2007, where they now have facilities in Kansas.
With ABAGY no programming is required. It is enough to upload a 3D model of the product and set the welding parameters in our software.

It depends on the project. For this specific case, we built the robotic cell at our facility first and then quickly assembled it at the customer's site.
