i've been binging diorama videos lately and with avatar being my number one movie the day had to come where i was looking for a combination of both. so far, all videos i've seen were of people way more talented than me, but damn, this thing scratched my itch for perfection like no other did! thank you for this project!
You sir are what I love about 3D printing, I have 3 machines but they are all FDM. I really want an SLA but am insistent on building one rather than buying a pre-made one. However I may be out of my depth with it, SLA's are a completely different beast from the ones I've worked with in the past. But a model like this definitely is something I'd reserve for SLA for sure.
Stellar work my friend ... especially from an idea to a 3D printer to reality. And the size of the figurines puts the whole Ship on a larger scale ... AMAZING JOB !!!
Looks awesome. Those mech drivers were tiny. Glad you put a lot of people in there. Most dios leave out the amount of crew you’d expect in a scene like this.
I love the movie AVATAR and the Valkyrie is my favourite troop transport ever, it looks so futuristic and amazing. Love to get that STL file when it comes out. Fantastic work on that model !
To be honest, there was too much for me to see/absorb the entire video in one sitting, so I did it in chunks. 100% worth it to see the entire video vs. skimming. Your attention to detail and detail work is amazing. Beautifully done. The only way it would be better if one were sitting in my man cave (and buying a completed one is the only way it would get there, sigh).

There was about 20 hours of footage, you can hear my voice waining from editing the whole thing in 1 day XD This was the first modelling video i ever made so i recorded everything, there are definitely few boring parts i should have edited them out.. Thanks again for watching the whole thing haha

I'd absolutely love to see C21 Dragon one day. It's one of my most favourite sci-fi ships ever but there's not a single moddel kit on the market, except for one that's been retired 10 years ago.
it's in my todo list already :) But my next sci-fi project is likely to be the starcitizen Redeemer, i don't play sc but someone suggested it and i think it's a very good looking ship!
@@SevenScales That's great, hope you'll come out with more sci-fi printable stuff in the future. Especially Avatar vehicles. I'm a huge fan of that universe and general lack of Avatar kits on the market really hurts me.

This is the first video from your channel that I have come across and I am seriously impressed with your work. The Valkyrie is one of my favorite sci-fi ships as well. I have been considering getting a resin printer for awhile and I think you just pushed me over the edge. I need to make this model myself. And although my FFF printer does a good job, I don't think it could capture the amount of detail you put into this model. Well done!
I've recently done a sci-fi illustration that features a wedge looking ship somewhat like this. I also used a brand new painting tool. You can see it if you click the icon on the left.
Thanks for your kind words! I simply wanted to express that after gone through this project, i really appreciate the work/engineering goes behind many of the good model kits, which i used to take for granted :)
With VTOL/SSTOL craft, many engineers never understood the kamen line atmosphere advamtages, of wings, propellers and afterburns below it, convertion ramjet to pure rocket above it. So an idiocracy of rocketism was applied, exirting pure canisters of burning money. Just for quick speed up, like zombie apocalypse mobs were after them at takeoff stations. The 'ramjet' function. The front air intake would volume level, compress squeez the thin air into a turbine jet to rocket advantage, the full engine pivit was a simplistic mechanism using the motor of the engine axels, which is more simplistic then a F-35 vertical convertion. And more rugged.

thats very nice ,to fix the bumps from the supports you can use the uvresin it self like you did with the super glue,cure and sanded very quick !
