I must say it's the best workout for dancers so far. Lovely. The only thing I'd add is stretching exercises when laying down on a mat. Looking forward to a video on stretches for dancers :)
I started doing these exercises today and will try to do them for the next 7 days. I didn't even know how weak I actually was. I also have a competition next week, so wish me luck.. 😁👌
Thanks Anna for dancers workout to building stamina, body strength and especially for a weight loss program, by the way I've been doing Latin Cardio Dance workout from DWTS DVD version since 2008, and that weighed sit ups is the most challenging workout and it was fun, as always it's been a great workout for me, thank you all.

Can you explain why you wear the corset, does it help with the workout?
It helps keep the core engaged which gets you sweating a bit more. Great for better control in movements.

Попробуите пилатес; он не только помогает растяжки но и балансированию мышц. У меня партнер с деревянным корпусом :D
