Love your stitching, bags, and videos. I was born and raised on a small dairy farm in PA, USA and it is uncanny the number of phrases you use that I grew up with. ❤❤❤❤😊
Hi Stuart. I haven't used silks but I am beginning to feel enabled 😉. I'm listening to Ashley howling around the house here in Ireland East. The west is getting a worse battering. Taking a breather today from the chaos involved in packing to move permanently to the UK (Norwich). Was delighted to find you had posted this morning and stitched while I watched and listened. Keep up the good work 💚
Another lovely flosstube Stuart. I recently moved to Glasgow and enjoying life 😊 my current cross stitch project is 'the mighty samurai' which I've already put in well over 100hours into and still going. Looking forward to having it finished as it's been on the frame for quite some time now.

Hi Stuart! Amphitrite is gorgeous! I'm working on Mayari, Deity of the Moon. It's a gift for my sister, and I hope she'll be finished till Christmas. Theresa Wentzler's pieces are absolutely amazing, but I'm sure I won't be stitching any of them 😂 I'm too scared to cut into the fabric, so no, thank you 😁 Up to the next Flosstube 😉
Team peacock! A peahen has been visiting me! I have no idea where she comes from, but it's a joy to see her -- almost within petting distance, if she were a cat. She sits on the ledge by my front door and admires her reflection in the guest bedroom window. She can count on water and various seeds, but she wants fresh fruit. 😄
Wow Stuart - the Teresa Wentzler is breathtaking. I bought Tradewinds by her - just the floss list terrified me. I’m planning to start it in the new year. Great flosstube, best, Steph from Northern England

I am always in awe of anyone that stitches a TW design…. I collected her charts back in the 80’s when I first started stitching…. But have not been brave enough to do one… yet! I love dragons and I’ve read all of the Pern books… absolutely love Anne McCaffrey books. It is so wonderful to find someone who has also read them.. 😀 I very nearly bought the new Polstitches/Joan Elliott box but changed my mind at the last minute… that fabric is stunning. I did buy the Sorcereress when it came out earlier in the year… love Joan’s designs Unfortunately I was not stitching while watching your update as I was working… I often try to watch Flosstube when I work as I work from home quite a bit and I find watching people showing their beautiful stitching helps me get through the day 😂 I’m going to go back and watch your previous episodes now 😊
I love your Tempting Tangles piece. She is one of my favorite designers.Great piece by Durene Jones, another of my favorite designers.😊 Great taste, Stuart. 😅

Hi Stuart, yes, no cat can pass up a Dreamies. Mine won't go to bed without theirs. I love the English Garden sampler but I have to agree cutting the fabric would give me nightmares!!
Hello Stuart, I’m enjoying seeing all of your wips and project bags. I’m stitching on Serenity by Teresa Kogut as my main focus at the moment and hope to make some project bags soon to reduce my quilting fabric stash! Looking forward to your next video.
Yes check out the needle bug from very beginning on the hardanger she teaches for beginners every thing you need to know. Thanks for the updates always a pleasure.
Even though I'm not starting it, yet, I had to get the Durene Jones design that you're working on. The fabric you're stitching it on just makes the design pop! I am stitching on Metamorphosis by Sheila Wolk (retired), charted by HAED, while watching this video.

I already have most of her ears done, just reached 40%. Anyways....hope you have a great 2 weeks and get plenty of enjoyable stitching done. 🥰
Great pieces Stuart. I need to dive into one of those fancy ladies one of the days. Hardanger isn’t as hard as you fear. Most importantly is a sharp pointy pair of scissors!
Your Teresa Wentzler is stunning. I'm stitching her Peacock Tapestry, such a HUGE challenge, and I agree, getting the "shudders" myself!! 😄 I'm working off her old hand drawn symbol pattern. 😬😵💫
Thank you for another great video. I am stitching on Santa’s toy shop by Dona Gelsinger, I am a whooping 0.73% into it. I changed my stitching method again for this piece, I am stitching it line by line on the diagonal with CXC floss from the lovely Abi from Cross n Crafts. Karen The Needlebug has Hardanger tutorial when you get to the cutting parts of the Wentzler piece 😉
Thank you for another great video. I was stitching on two SALs while watching today: Night of the Floss Dragon (Flossy Fox Shop) and All Year Round (Amanda Butler via Cross Stitcher mag).

Good Morning Stuart. Yep, rain and wind ere too. Thank you, always thought FO was Finished Off. 😮 Yes, I two hand stitch that way also. Parked threads are not worrying. Yep you and me having to practise hardanger before we do it for real. Sara Homfrey has a good blog about this if your interested. Love the TW Christmass Sampler and I look forward to you progressing that. I was stitching Heirloom Wedding Sampler for friends. Wedding next year, probably June. See you in two weeks. 😊
Another great video. Love the projects you’ve worked on and the haul. I’m working on Dalliance for Long Dog Samplers while watching you on holiday in Mallorca.😎. see you next month
Love seeing the progress you have made on your projects. I am working on Autumn Band Sampler by Tiny Modernist. She has very lovely charts. I love seeing what you have in storage. You have large projects in there for sure. I am asking for The Sorceress by Joan Elliott for Christmas and I am hoping that I get it. That will be my biggest project and the first time working with beads. I will be doing mine on 14-count Navy aida. Yours was beautiful when your showed it. Can not wait to see that one again. Happy Stitching
Cupboard of Mystery is now Cupboard of Doom, too funny. Love the progress on your WIPs and the discovery of the projects from the Cupboard. I am stitching on Practical Magic by The Primitive Hare. Hi Stuart. Thank you for another great video. I was stitching the last part of the Caterpillar Cross Stitch SAL Witchy Way while I was listening to you tonight. However I much prefer Christmas stitching to Halloween and I have a related question for you. Do you have any stitchy advent calendars on order this year and if so are you planning to do any unboxing videos please? I loved the unboxing you did in a previous video of your Halloween box from Zoe, you tempted me to order her Christmas box. Very excited waiting for that to arrive ❤❤ xx
Hi Stuart, I’m watching you on Halloween and I’m stitching a Halloween piece called crow by threadwork primitives and thanks for showing all your beautiful wips and the mystery bags. Lots of fun as always happy stitching.Cheers!
Greetings from southern California! What a great video! Thank you! I'm working on Laura Perin's Harvest Moon House. Enjoy your day! Stitchers that have lines in the stitching is because they are stitching by either blocks on the chart or following the chart in columns exactly. By extending either method by several stitches you will avoid the lines. Stitch the length of your thread. Hope this is chear?
Hi Stuart, currently stitching the Halloween Tiny Town by Heart in Hand. It was so nice to hear you mention Longfellow’s Round Tower! I would love to see yours, I haven’t come across any other flosstuber that has talked about it. I stitched it a couple years ago for my husband, & when I showed the pattern to a couple (non stitcher) friends, one called it “morbid” and the other said it was “cute.” I didn’t agree with either comment, lol Thanks for a great video! Dany
I have been stitching on Halloween Wreath by Frosted Pumpkin Stitchery. However I have been thinking of starting my carousel horses by Teresa Wentzler, inspired by your wips of course. Enjoy your stitching and looking forward to the next video!
Good morning from the beautiful little hamlet of Eriksdale Manitoba Canada 🇨🇦…I loved your video today. I have stitched one TW and that was The Dragon and the Castle (big one) and it was the most challenging one I have ever stitched because I stitched it on 14ct aida. I love the new designs Joan Elliott and the Snow Maiden…your bags are beautiful too. Do you have a very EASY pattern for sewing them. I am VERY sewing challenged with a very basic sewing machine. My machine belonged to my mother and only goes forward and back in a straight stitch. I am also looking for an easy, small portfolio…I am a senior living on a small pension so buying things can be difficult. To add to that I live 2 hours away from a fabric shop/Walmart and I don’t go very far. What is your favourite method of stitching? Count? Full or half cross? I have just moved from stitching in hand to stitching in a hoop on a frame because it’s easier on my hands…getting older (66) is difficult. May you have a wonderful day of stitching and looking forward to your next video. Blessings, Eva 😘❤️✝️🙏
Always a treat to see one of your videos, Stuart, and your stitching is so amazing. I have been working on the beading for Joan Elliott's "Heavenly Christmas" for my daughter's Christmas stocking. Have you ever thought about doing a stitch-with-me? You would be so great at it!
Hi Stuart from Georgia! I have the Amphitrite pattern kitted up as well. I haven't started it yet. I'm working on Mirabilia Cathedral Woods Goddess. I saw it hanging in Keepsakes in Cincinnati Ohio recently. Their sample was done on a bright yellow background. Wow was it gorgeous!
Hello from Indiana! As I write this comment I am putting in the final stitches on "Halloween at Hollyberry Hill" by Stacy Nash. Unfortunately I goofed the border so I am fudging it. I try to be so careful and am always checking to see that things are OK but it happened. Love your videos.
Yes finally another person who stitches with their dominant hand on top, I’m not sure how people do it the other way! I certainly can’t feels very strange! 😆
I was stitching bony bunch-plum street samplers, taking a break from my larger kathy barrick, come on in piece, was finding the silks such slow work, even though i love them! Im all about the skeletons this month.
Hi Stuart lots of lovely eye candy as usual. ❤ Don't panic about the Hardanger easier than you think. There are some great UA-cam tutorials. I like the ones from Karen, the NeedleBugg. 😊
I’ve been stitching for years and your stitching is amazing. I stitch basic things I watch to see the full coverage designs. I needlepoint too. Have you tried it? Look forward to your next video 😊

Finished up the main stitching on Santa’s Sidecar Stocking by Dimensions. It will go to our third great-grandson!
Design Works “Wander”. Enjoyed your video, love your projects!Lorri in California USA ✨🪡✨
Hi. Another great video. Love your wips. I am stitching on Beauty and Beast by Tilton Crafts. Happy stitching 😊
Hi Stuart lots of lovely eye candy as usual. ❤ Don't panic about the Hardanger easier than you think. There are some great UA-cam tutorials. I like the ones from Karen, the NeedleBugg. 😊

Beautiful projects. To help with the glare, you might want to try tipping the the piece with the bottom closer to you slightly.
I’ve been stitching for years and your stitching is amazing. I stitch basic things I watch to see the full coverage designs. I needlepoint too. Have you tried it? Look forward to your next video 😊
