Without missing a beat, Freddie hops over to Deaky's mic which is...off. Because he doesn't actually sing. They quickly turn up the sound and things proceed as normal but wow, I bet the sound crew got a tongue lashing after all that!
John does sing you can hear it a lot live
Deaky's mic is off for this song because he doesn't use it in this song. His mic is on for songs where he does sing.

Freddie coped well with that mishap in the middle. Think I would have got flustered and forgot where I was up to in the song. My voice is so bad I would have been better singing into the broken mic.
